Place of Origin : The Northern mountains of Văn Lang (Vietnam). It's because of her family's proximity to Southern Tianxia (China) that she takes on some cultural traits from both regions (Vietnam and China).

A Legionnaire a*****e - Enemies don't always have to be Nobles.
Fighter Friend - Someone to trade friendly punches with on a regular basis. Preferably Legion, male.
Anything pertaining to her hobbies of cooking, kite-flying, playing musical instruments, shopping, etc.
Missions Against the Nobles - Always open. For fighters+ only.
Students and Mentees - Van is always down to coach someone in the Shaolin Arts, and secondarily the mixed martial art form Quan Khi Dao. For fighters, and especially if you are female, Van knows a thing or two about the nuances of undercover work and intelligence gathering.
Detaining Thanh Long - Van's brother has defected from the Legion, to join the Noble retainers. She's coming to terms with this, trying to decide whether to try to win him back or kill him. Anyone who can assist (missions, intel, moral support, listening ear, etc.) is welcome, as this will be a very long-term plot.
Any other ideas you may have - I'm pretty open-minded. <3

I'd love for Jianyu to somehow help save her brother, or at least be in on the plan somehow. Maybe he could offer her some internal support, since he's good with stealth and sort of "cover her" with his archery, protect her while she attempts.
OR HE COULD JUST HELP TEACH HER ARCHERY IN EXCHANGE FOR HER TEACHING HIM SOMETHING ELSE. YEAH.
