Femmunition
Communism doesn't seem to work, I mean it does, but then the prosperity of the country goes down because not a lot of people have the incentive to work because they're all paid equally. Some of the brightest leave the country because they want to get ahead. A lot of people are lazy by nature and I'm not saying this to be mean, though I admit that I myself am lazy, what's to stop them from doing a bad job on something when nothing is deducted- no penalty to stop people from doing a crappy job?
Why would someone choose a certain job over another job, if we were all paid the same? More doctors are needed than say, a waiter. We can't all be waiters.
I like communism because if we shared everything, a lot of people wouldn't be starving, it just doesn't seem like it's going to work though.
Democratic-Socialism is much different than basic communism. People up in the ranks such as scientists, doctors, lawyers, judges etc they all want to be KNOWN, and remembered for their work. It's hard to get recognition in today's world... but in a democratic-socialist world, you will be well-known and have many extra advantages in the country such as: free food, clothes etc....
but if you decide to do a basic job, you get paid the same as everyone else and that is used to go buy food/clothes etc.
Less money, more social aspects... I can write pages and pages of my political ideology: Democratic-Socialism II
