so we switched cable tv/internet providers this last week. idaho isnt the most technological place. the old service was a rip off price wise so we went with direct TV. i swear every time we call them or they call us, every agent tells us something different, they spell everything wrong, (like my street name is Irving. not that hard right? they spelled it Erving, every time. so annoying) so these people dont have an office i can go down to, they just constantly get everything wrong and its so damned annoying i wanna cry. and even when i spell out my name slowly (Briana- like B as in Bread, R as in Robot etc) every time I get my bill or mail from these people its addressed to Rihana. I've called and "fixed" my name 4 times now! gonk I dont think i'ma pay my bill, since theres no rihana here man ninja

Tell them Rihana is the name of your kid, who's too young to sign a legally binding contract, see if that gets results =P

I used to have similar problems with Shaw Cable in BC. They always got everything wrong, it was very frustrating.
I don't drink pop either!

Back when they used to say pop was healthy, they justified it by saying it has water in it mrgreen
