In a world of Magic, monsters, and fantasy, there are two warring factions, The White Rose Association, and the Crimson Rose Organization. Both factions promote the practice of the arcane arts. However, the White Rose, one more concerned about the affects is has on the world decide to regulate what kind of magic should and can't be used, what they call, taboo magic.
The Crimson Rose however, for the sake of perfecting the arts, believe that all magics should be studied. This created a wave of dissent amongst the practitioners of magic. Eventually it ended with the White Rose controlling the majority of the many magical countries, with the Organization forced back into third-world countries and the dark corners of everywhere else.
With the White Rose larger in numbers, they forced investigations into areas occupied by the Crimson Rose to persecute the Taboo Practitioners. This cut heavily into the Crimson Rose's numbers. Eventually to save themselves, they forced the number of Taboo Magic Practitioners into exile, Calling this division, The Lost Roses.
The first page has been turned, the story begins now.

Rules/Regulations
-No godmodding, don't think I need to tell you that, but its a pretty important rule.
-PM me the profiles.
-Romance is allowed but at a PG-13 level.
-Time Skipping is only allowed if it is unanimously agreed by all active members, since it kinda throws off everything chronologically.
-A ratio of 1 hit : 3 attacks is generally allowed if you're fighting with another character.
-You cannot kill another character unless the owner agrees to it.
-You are allowed only one Lost Rose Character.
-You are allowed up to 4 characters.
-Be literate. No speaking in the first person.
-Dialogue is "this", Thoughts are this, OOCs are [This], {This}, (or This).
-Actions will not be accepted in *this form*
