Im wondering if any of you would like to lend a prayer for my mother to turn to Jesus Christ. I've been trying to talk to her about him but I always seem to make things awkward or tense. I just want her to be able to give her heart to the Lord since He created life itself. I feel like I have a beautiful and forever growing relationship with Christ, and I just want my mom to have this too. My dad and brother are Christians but my mom isn't.
Also if you would me to pray for an issue or worry you have in your life please put it down and I will most definitely pray for you smile

I will definitely pray for you. I know how it is to have a close family member that is not a true believer of His Word. But I do have a question, or it is more of a suggestion, did you try going through the law yet? I know every situation is different, and some scenarios require different approaches. I have been soul winning for a long while, and my favorite method to win souls is to take them through the law.
"The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul." I am not say that this method will work, but it is one of the most effective ways or methods to soul winning. "Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever committed adultery? Jesus said that when someone looks at a woman or man with lust, they committed adultery in their heart. Have you murdered anyone? Jesus said who hateth his brother committed murder in his heart." And so forth, just go down the law. And by their answers they tell you, most times is where they see that, "Oh... I am not a nice person. I am going to be guilty on the judgment day. I need to find a solution." And you probably know where to go from there.
But other than this method is one of the the methods you can use, especially towards your family, and that is to be the testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ. I tell you, if you are clear with God, your walk is sure, you're pressing towards the mark, you're on fire for the Lord, I guarantee you that people around you will see that light coming from you. Jesus said that "Ye are the light of the World." It might take some time and some heartfelt prayer, but keep up the faith and don't let your light grow dim.
Another thing or method is the best one to use out of all of the Spiritual arsenal and that is prayer and fasting. I know that it seems like it may be plain and simple, but if we pray, the Lord will answer. It may not be yes, it can be no or wait for a while; but He always answers when we call upon His Name.

You know what come to think of it that what first got me to Christ. I was at the train station a few years ago with my dad picking up my grandma when a woman came up to me and my brother and gave us these little booklets of the Ten Commandments. So both me and my brother began looking at it and my dad and grandma started talking to us about the Lord, since my mom just stays quiet during these discussions. Then over the next few years my grandma began teaching us more and more. So yes I will go over the law with her, and Im going to pray for the Lord to help me to have my light shine through to her. Its just so sad and desperate to have her stray away from Him. But once again thank you so much for your comment its given my insight to how to begin guiding her towards the Lord. we seem to have the same situation except that mine is my grandmother... I pray and hope she accepts Christ before she leaves me...I love her so much crying
