Personality: He is quite, shy and freindly. He likes to find jokes in things, sometimes even when he's suposed to be serius. He is funny and nice. He's shy at first, and it'll take you a while to get through to him. He is quick wited wich is why he can make good jokes. He is very calm and serine but when he gets angry it's like all hades breaks lose. Most of the time, you'll find him reading beneath a shady tree.
Written Appearance: He is four foot eleven inches, he is fairly skiny. He's not very sturidly built, but really doesn't care. His eyes are a dark blue.
History: He lives with his mother. His father left them when he was only two weeks old. His home is in Miami, Florida. He has never been mad at his father for leaving him. He noticed his powers one year ago. Only two weeks ago he had had a suddun urge to go to New York. He got there and made it safely into Camp Half Blood.
Powers: The abity to move water to his will. He can take the water out of plants and drain their life. He can also bring water out of the air depending on the humidity. He has never tryed but can probably move the water in people.
