Ok I was looking at UI addons like SpartanUI but I mostly only found that one asking if you have found any thing else like it but differently designed.
Thats what I use on alot of my toons. Its clean and has settings for DPS / Heals and Tanking.

ag_Units, Grid, Bartender4. I don't like my screen cluttered with crap.
Another good UI addon is ForgottenBuffs, it makes all your buffs and debuffs go in a row across the top of the screen so you don't have that massive block of buffs making a blind spot in a raid setting.
