Eep. Since I had to leave before it could really get started.. I wanted to save Noyama's, Ary's and my rp to the quild! Lethrossen Endless gray haze. Lost in confusion. Where is the rain?
Fayina Tao was laying on her back in the middle of nowhere-important, her peachy paws tucked tight to her chest. She'd looked like she'd been snuggled into the snow for a while now, staring up at the mass of gray clouds. Everything around her felt like a storm, she was sure other wolves could feel this as well. But the rain or snow, whichever the skies felt like spewing, had not come yet.
She whined carefully to herself, a low sound. She was laying perfectly still, how she usually was when resting for a moment or so. Her breath misted above her in odd, swirling patterns. She seemed content, though her scent was off; uneasy maybe.
"Come from hiding." She whispered, still gazing longingly at the dreary sky.

Lying upon a rock. The She-Wolf was basking in the moon light. She had already eaten. Her stomach had a small buldge. Her kill, a baby deer who had become lost from its family, lay 20 yards or so away. Lunar, as in the Moon , licked her muzzle lapping her tongue up getting the traces of blood off. She had to be clean at night. She had to be neat before she slept. Or was it just she was so bored? Her kill was quick and easy. A bite to the neck and swung her weight around causing the neck to snap, yet she still felt an emptiness.
Becoming restless Quite quickly she figured she would seek out another wolf. She-Wolf or Male she was in that mood. The kind of mood to where you want trouble. Well not just trouble, but something to do. Whether it was play or not. She did not care. Though she was very shy. She her personality did not show it. She showed anger and reciliance to others and suppressed her thoughts of nervousness and cowardliness to her self. her past would not let it be open. Her past had her chained. Like a dog.
Those filthy filthy creatures. Protecting the ones that harm them, starve them, take away their freedom. Yes through all that they stayed loyal. She was not like that. She was free to do was she pleased. Scared or not she would. She slowly walked down a wooded path headed to the scent of another She-Wolf.
(Hope this is okay cause it was open)

Tao blinked. "Come out from hiding.." She repeated, it was curious. Was she talking to herself? No others were visable around her, and their scents were not on the wind.
After a moment she shifted and rolled to her feet, shaking off in a stiff manner. Her eyes flickered over the woods, and choosing a direction she began to lope that way, her eyes not moving from ahead of her, her tail held straigh behind her and her ears perched and not even twitching. All of her movements seemed to be stiff or slow, she was not a fidgety wolf. She was the complete oposite, really.
Her nostrils flared as she headed for the other female, she could smell her now.

*Slowly walking through the woods she came to a patch of trees and bushes. Peeking in through the leaves she saw the other she wolf. Seeing her position she took it as a hostile act and her ears bent down toward teh back of her head. Thinking for a moment she lifted them. For it was Lunar that had invaded the others space. So why wouldn't they be hostile. Slowly walking out she peered at the wolf and then shook the leaves and dirt and small twigs from her beautiful olive brown skin. Her blue eyes watched the other she wolve as she tilted her head and smirked.*
"Who is it that I have come upon?"
*She sounded a bit darkly and cold when she spoke to the She-Wolf. She did this with every stranger. She was only open with her true friends and people she really trusted. So far that was none. So to others she seemed cruel and hated.*

Tao suddenly stopped at the voice, after a moment her ear swiveled in the other female's direction. "Found me." She murmered to herself, Slowly turning. Her tail fell flat, ears going back to a comfortable position.
She turned in one, swift and sudden motion, standing still after that. it took her a moment to spot the other. "Obviously a stranger." Came her witty reply, her voice was friendly and cheerful; that didnt seem to match her though. Her face was a bit emotionless, and everything about her seemed.. rigid.

*Glancing around taking in the scents to make sure this was not a trap, Lunar smiled finally and sat looking toward the female*
"I am Lunar."
*Lunar moved her head down to lick the top of her paw clean and then frowned at the She-wolf*
"So who is it that I have come upon? I would not be a smartass about your answer. Though I had a rabbit. I am not to filled to."
*Stopping there, she would not say it nor did she want to. She knew she would not do anything. But she had a look to maintain for now*

Something flashed in tao's eyes, something dangerous. Though it was there for only an instant. Her hackles rose slightly. How dare she call me a smart a**.. She took a step forward, then was still. "How rude of you. I only gave my answer so because it is improper for one to ask for another's name with out first giving their own." Plus Tao hated names, they seemed so pointless to her. "I was given the name Fayina Tao, and it would do you good not to threaten. Threats are frowned upon." It was just a statement, there was nothing behind it that made it sound like one thing or another.
She wondered why she'd said the thing about the rabbit at all. Tao didn't care what Lunar hunted.

Lunar shook her hea and stood up. Her fur rose a bit and her ears pinned back once more. Smirking as she looked at Tao she sighed and returned her ears to their normal postion and then her fur smoothed out.*
"You seem odd you know. Kind of.... Like you do not mind defending yourself. But not out there to kill. You seem.. ..."
*Laughing to her self she thought* -Wha...what am I doing. If I let my guard down, that is when she will strike but why- *She stood her ground her body firm and pressed tight kind of causing her muscles to show in her legs showing she would have some good speed but other than that her face seemed a bit more friendly than before.*

Tao blinked slowly. Once, twice, three blinks. She showed no indication that she was looking, true her gaze was on Lunar but she seemed to be staring through the other. "How is Tao being odd? Perhaps my actions are normal and yours are odd.." It could be true. Oddity was a matter of opinion, was it not?
she backed up on step and quickly sat down, even her sitting was still and rigid. Almsot as if she was uncomfortable, but she didn't squirm like you did when you were uncomfortable.

"How is it I am odd? You are the one acting diffrent from me. I guess. You are just diffrent from the way I am."
*Just standing there watching Tao she rexaled a bit.*
"So what is it you are doing out here? Why not in a den or something?"

"But don't you see? I am not acting different to myself. You are. So that makes you odd in my eyes, and myself odd in your eyes." It was simple logic, really.
She stood still though, her eyes wandering toward the sky. "A den?" Apparently she had no clue what a den was. "I told you... im out here watching the ice." Her head tilted.

*Lunar tilted her head and let out a sight and glanced toward the moon. Though the clouds were out. Through all teh seasons and all of the days and months and years she seemed to have developed the knowlege of knowing where it was. She glanced back to Tao*
"Tao, if I may use your name. I was going to say also, that you seem wise."
*She normaly did not give out a compliment. So when one was given she was not just being nice. She really meant what she said. Lunar looked back to the moon*
"Oh, well you see I would love to be in a den. Something more than a few logs together. Something ...more permanent. But roaming and sleeping here and there seems to be great for me."
*Thinks* -Why....why am I letting her know this. What is wrong with me. Yes she seems nice but....why?-

She blinked, sitting in one, swift motion. "What is wise?" Tao knew many things, but this wasn't one of them. Wise was a foriegn concept to her.
A den. Talk of this den thing again. And why did a few logs pushed together make a den? "What is a den?" She questioned again, head tilting to one side.

*Chuckling softly to her self Lunar laughed* -Why...why am I laughing at her? What is this thing going on inside of me? Why am I being nice? Why?-
"A Den is a place to stay. Somewhere safe, somewhere protective, somewhere warm..."
*She thought for a long moment thinking of her past. Thinking of her life up until then. How she had not really had a Den, never had a place to call her own. Never had a place...called home*
"Home..It is a place that will be a permanent home."
*A faint smile came to Lunar's face, but quickly left as she turned her head away.*

Tao's ear flickered slightly at the other's chuckles, but she said nothing. A safe.. warm spot? She didn't know anywhere like that. She did no one place with out snow in it. "Well I know a spot to get away from the snow, if you'd like."
She didn't know the word home, and didn't comment on it.
