We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to live and learn at Estelle Academy! We have been informed that you have exceptional power and/or skills that we would like to help control and allow you to put your potential to great use for now and in the future.

If you have a gift that you think is too unique or dangerous for our school, do not fret for we are prepared to help you in any way, shape and form possible with our instructors and facilities for you to use. We accept all races, orientations, and anything of the like. We assure you that your experience at Estelle Academy will be a memorable one. Bio: When Elly was born, she was born a light elemental, like her mother. Her older brother, Bobby, was born a darkness elemental like their father. As told by a special doctor, both Elly and Bobby had no trace of the other power in their genes, so they were what they were born as. One day when Elly was 12 playing with Bobby in the field by their house, someone aproached them and started to fight them. Bobby was doing all of his incantations and moved to protect Elly and Elly tried the same thing. Unfortunately, they were both hit by darkness, Elly taking in more damage then Bobby, and she was knocked unconscious. When she came to, she was covered in blood and her older brother Bobby was dead. The person before was no where to be found, but it was confirmed that Elly had killed her brother through darkness. Her parents thought it impossible, yet it was proven that Elly now had it in her genes. Not really blaming Elly for the death of her brother, her parents thought it a good idea to send her to Estelle Academy to control this darkness she obtained. So far it's been six years, yet nothing has been able to control her powers, yet improvement has occured. It was said that the darkness was residing inside her the whole time, but it waited until dire situations to be 'unlocked'. Elly is also considered to be the daughter of Atlas, though they are only good friends and it's because she literally lives at Estelle Academy.
Power/Gift: light and darkness
Pet (if you have one): Echo, a white hawk with black tipped feathers.
Weapons: A staff used to gather energy, though she produces other weapons with her powers.

Age: technically no one knows but appears 19
Gender/Race/Orientation: male/fae/bisexual
Bio: Calcifer is a member of the unseelie court, the name given to the high level faerie who control darkness, water and air. They are known to be the nastier of the two courts and Calcifer's parents were no different. His mother, Libena, a high ranked lady managed to seduce the winter knight, leader of these who protected the court and; perhaps more importantly, body guard of Queen Mab. When Libena gave birth to Jareth it caused a great political stir, and as a result his mother was stripped of her title and bound as a statue of ice at the bottom of a deep sea. No one was certain of the power he might hold and so Jareth was allowed to live within the court, his father caring for him when he could but suffering little emotional attachment to the boy. It was around his 10th winter that Jareth started to show his true potential, much to the queen's pleasure. She has decided to send him out to Estelle Academy to learn to master his skills, before challanging his own father for the role of knight.
Power/Gift: His main gift lies with ice and the cold, however he can perform glamours and illusions like all his race.
Pet (if you have one): Calcifer, a dappled grey horse which stands at an impressive 18 hands high.
Weapons: He carries a sword made of iron with a grip of ice so he does not poison himself, as well as anything he can create for himself

Gender/Race/Orientation: Male/Wraith (Specter)/Straight
Bio: Tristan grew up in a rather happy family, at least from the outside. He gained his powers from his father, and apparently the extended family never really accepted either of them because of that fact. His father began to teach him how to control his abilities a little while he grew up, but he never got to teach him much. When his father died rather suddenly, it broke his mother and their little family was never the same. It only grew worse when his mother killed herself over his fathers loss by drinking too much. Rather than have to put up with relatives that hated his existence, he ran away from home and joined a "gang" of kids who lived in an abandoned theater. He was nine in human years, and was with them for a year before Vira joined them. They found her unconscious in the park on a bench and they took her in when they saw her state. They both played on the corner of the park they found her in, and he taught her how to play guitar. Her vocals was what really seemed to attract people though, and he liked the change. Thankfully he never accidentally changed while there, but sometimes he had issues remaining corporeal while at the theater since it was simply a form for him, it wasn't what he truly was. He tried to practice what his father taught, but it was always painful to remember such things. Besides, he didn't have him there to tell him if he was doing something wrong or what might make things easier. When the man told him and Vira about Estelle, it was such a god send. They left for it, though it was a bit harder for him to tell them all good bye since they had helped him while he was still a wreck. Still, they both left and now they've been there a year. He's thankfully been able to keep his corporeal form a lot more now instead of suddenly changing though sometimes it does happen.
Power/Gift: He can change into a spectral form at will. He is sort of like a ghost, he can't really be hit, go through walls, but he can hold objects, be seen and heard, and such.
Pet (if you have one): none
Weapons: He prefers to use a sword though his aim with a gun is rather excellent. Dual pistols are his preferred guns.

Name: Vira Apă
Age: She believes she's 18
Gender/Race/Orientation: Female/Human??? She isn't really sure/Bisexual
Bio: She doesn't remember anything about who her parents may have been or where she was from for she grew up an orphan in a run down orphanage. All she did know, was that when she first saw a sprite of wind and then water, she knew she was different. She learned rather quickly that no one else could see them when one of the other kids there saw her weaving water into different shapes. He gave such a shout and went screaming for the mistress of the establishment. She didn't get food for a week. At that point, the sprites were her only friends since the other kids didn't want to go near her for what they equated her to was a demon child or something of the sort. Any others who didn't think that way were simply afraid of being exiled by the other kids as she was. She sometimes had her episodes were she accidentally accessed her powers and would be punished by the mistress and the kids. When she was nine, she ran away because she crippled the mistress when she tried to beat her. She hadn't meant to, it had simply happened. The water spirits had protected her while the wind sprites helped her flee. When she awoke, she was in an abandoned theater with teens standing around her, bandaged with a blanket covering her. She couldn't remember how she got there. That's where she met Tristan. The two of them played on the corner in the park, both on guitars but she was also doing vocals. They used the money they earned to help the others pay for food. The others weren't afraid of her when they caught her using her powers, they explained that Tristan was like her. They were used to it. She became worried when she couldn't really control her powers, it was more like the sprites did as they would and it could be more powerful than she intended. Once while they were playing on the corner, a man spoke to the two of them. He was different, and he somehow knew they were different. He told them of Estelle and the two decided it would be best to go. They said their good bye to their friends of the past eight years and left that evening with the man. Having been at Estelle for a year now, she's gained a better understanding of what she is. She still has her issues, but at least she has a bit more control.
Power/Gift: She speaks to and can control water and wind.
Pet (if you have one): Do the spirits of each element count?
Weapons: She uses dual swords, each matching the elements she controls. One extends in a cloudy wing on the handle, and the other has a fin. She also may use throwing daggers.

Bio: Once there were ancient beings who controlled sections of our lives, ruling over very specific fields as seeming gods. However, due to history that has long since been lost, they seemed to have vanished onto whats beyond. However, this is not completely true. Some stayed behind to keep an eye on their different creations amongst the different dimensions, and they did procreate in their own way. Twins were born that were given the task of watching over life and death. Ranka is in charge of death and also ensuring souls go to the right places for her sister to deal with. If a spirit or undead being is doing something it shouldn't, she is the one to call. She is better suited to necromancy to match her sisters abilities of reincarnation and reviving those who are dead to their original state. However, her parents left her in the hands of those at Estelle Academy to continue on what they have already taught her. They are believed to need more interaction with humans since they are both rather unfamiliar with the beings they were created to help. Also, after seals had been placed upon their powers, they are having a hard time figuring out what they can or can't do. In essence, they have to relearn what they already thought they knew. They are both new students this year, and don't seem to really mind the fact that they are living in one of the haunted dorms.
Power/Gift: A powerful necromancer, she can see ghosts, speak with them, use them, raise the dead... the whole thing. However, due to the nature of her abilities, a seal has been placed upon her so she can't extend too far. Otherwise she may mess up nature itself.
Pet (if you have one): Raven with a white marking on it's forehead trailing down it's back. Some of it's feathers have white tips as well. Her name is Lily.
Weapons: The scythe shown in her profile picture. The pole of it can disconnect into three sections attached to a chain, and the head can shoot out. The same with the ball that is the base of the scythe. Just in case she can't use that, she uses a kukri dagger and smaller sickles.

However, due to history that has long since been lost, they seemed to have vanished onto whats beyond. However, this is not completely true. She could be one of the most powerful healers, white mage, whatever you wish to call her. However, her parents left her in the hands of those at Estelle Academy to continue on what they have already taught her. They are believed to need more interaction with humans since they are both rather unfamiliar with the beings they were created to help. Also, after seals had been placed upon their powers, they are having a hard time figuring out what they can or can't do. In essence, they have to relearn what they already thought they knew. They are both new students this year, and don't seem to really mind the fact that they are living in one of the haunted dorms.
Power/Gift: A powerful healer, her real forte is controlling peoples rebirth. Unlike her twin sister, she can actually bring people back from the dead much like a phoenix returns. It is like she can control whatever essence keeps all alive. She also has a seal upon her abilities so she can't extend too far. Otherwise she may mess up nature itself.
Pet (if you have one): She has a dragon that shrinks to remain perched on her shoulder if it wants to. It will grow to it's full size when necessary, or any other size should she need her to. Her name is Sayuri.
Weapons: Her favored weapon is an auto-shotgun, and dual pistols. She also has a tendency of using daggers, and a sword that flips around to fit easier in her sheath, not to mention it is also a gun-blade.

Bio: Lexy is the niece of the headmaster. Her mother was the sister of Atlas' though not by birth. Lexy also has an older brother who is off to college and who is a normal human. although Lexy is a witch, she has a hard time keeping her temper and never listens. She is currently looking into Academies to attend for school, in which she is in need of attending right away. She knows Elly from visiting Estelle in the summer to see her uncle Atlas. She also can have a rotten personality.

Name: Tsuki Kobiyashi
Age: Seemingly 30
Gender/Race/Orientation: Female/?/Bisexual
Bio: Tsuki is a rather interesting creature that seems to be human on the outside, however the truth of what she is remains to be seen. Those who used to know are long gone and dead so the secret will supposedly be taken to her grave. As a young girl she will tell you that she drew like any other child but there was something very different about her drawings. They came to life. Her parents didn't seem too surprised, but she still didn't really draw much after that until she went to Estelle herself. She graduated and decided that she would do the most good helping other students as she was aided as a young girl. Most of the tale is truth, though again, her true race remains unknown so she just conveniently leaves out details that relate to it.
Power/Gift: Whatever she draws comes to life and holds the attributes of the creature she draws. Ex: She draws a dragon, it will have hard scales, breathe some type of something depending on what kind she draws, sharp claws/teeth, etc.
Pet (if you have one): A phoenix named Vadasz (Meaning hunter in Hungarian). Instead of the usual fiery feathers, his feathers are a mix of black, blue, turquoise, and silver.
Weapons: Besides her drawings? She prefers a yari spear, however it also has two blades extending horizontally besides the main blade. Thus they form a sort of "T" shape.

March 8th 2010- Estelle Academy has opened!

Smirking at her challanging reply he raised on hand to his chin, allowing his thumb to run gently across his lower lip. Where it touched the skin turned blue briefly, as if suddenly chilled.
"Glad to hear it...it'll be no fun otherwise," he replied, without going into detail of what the fun would exactly be. Hearing about the ghosts he chuckled,
"Ghost's and ghoulies and oogily boogily's?!" he replied in a sing-song voice, clearly meant to insult and patronise. His court was built for darkness and everything related, ghosts were similar to spiders to him, annoyances but certainly not harmful.
"If your trying to scare the sparrows off i'd try and swap tactics cutie," he explained in what seemed a serious tone, gesturing with a flick of his hand to the girls who were starting to move to their own dorm rooms in a slow, reluctant manner. For all his words a few seemed unwilling to go near the haunted rooms.
