Okay, let's get another subforum up and running! What next?
Many people here seem to like fantasy, so I thought that might be a good genre to start with. Any thoughts? I'm open for suggestions. 3nodding

I voted for a non-fiction sub forum. I have a particular predilection for true stories more so than fantasy genre (any snide comments regarding my username will be ignored! blaugh ). Wow, now I get the desire to re-read some old favorites like Sleepers. I still have some Mafia books that I haven't finished.
Either way I fully intent to write a nice and detailed review of one of my Christmas presents! ^_^

I'd like one for fantasy. It's my personal favorite. Also, many recent books have been fantasy(at least at my Barnes and Noble). I think it would be nice and fun to discuss that genre.

I think a non fiction section would be good. Think abotu it, All fiction (with soem sub sub sections mybe) in one area and all kinds of non fiction in another. There's a lot of fiction so it would be good to be able to see the non fiction posts with out teh many fiction covbering them.

Well, I must say I'm more in favor of having a non-fiction subforum. But since the votes are so close (and since it's only been a few days, due to my lack of patience), I guess we should just do both. Non-fiction first, and fantasy in a day or two, when I'll be able to add another 2.5k to the guild. Cool?

I would love a fantasy forum, just beacause it opens your mind and it lets you escape form the terrors of the world. And they always have cute critters that can talk in them^^ xp

I would prefer sci-fi/fant. I rarely read anything else.

Actually, I haven't heard too much interest in romance.

Am I the only one amused by the fact that with such a following for a fantasy genre sub-forum, it sure hasn't gotten much action?!
I tried reading a romance novel last week, but the first chapter mentioned the death of all the characters and there was an intense sex scene too. Uh, I don't need such trashy types of romance. Is it just me looking in the wrong places most of the time or is it difficult to find good romance novels?

My guess is that it is difficult to find good ones.
I will confess a weakness for Mary Stewart and Georgette Heyer, though.
