[[AIM Log]]

Nessiaing
Kunle woke up early and was patroling the pack. The little red dog was a very proud sole, he wanted to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Later in the day he would report back to his mother. She would humour him at very least.

As the pup moved down towards the lake, it was a popular place for the pack memebers to gather, and down here he could meet more of the members. He loved seeing others, and making new friends.

Seaki
Baharia stretched in the sun, eyes gleaming with happiness. Oh, the day would be so amazing, and he could wait to strart working again. Ahh, the Mwindaji were so amazing for their work, he though. They fed most of the pack, and that, he thought, was simply above the stars.

Baharia giggled. Grandfather and Maziwa were very patient with his attempts, and he was glad for it. His hunting stills with his clumsy feet hindered him from catching something every time, but he was nothing to balk at either.

Eith a small yawn, the pup arched his back, pushing away the kinks that resulted from his nap on the shore with Aunt Ziwa. With a small grin he trotted away from the still sleeping form of his Aunt and looked about in wonderment.

Ah! Red~ That could only me Ku~unle~ The cyan and tan pup practically bounced. "Kunle~" He greeted with a bout of giggles. Oh, today would just be so fun! "Let's go on an Adventure~"

Nessiaing
Kunle bounded towards his brother, "Helllo Baharia" he said in a proper tone, though his eyes showed his pup like excitement he had seeing his brother. The pup tried to keep his regal state, he was suppose to be the heir, the one who would one day help run the pride, with who ever was his mother's heir.

"An adventure." his tone quickly turned from refined, to playful and young. What a great idea, an adventure. "Yes" he yipped, as he bounded around his brother. "What should we do?" he asked his tone shifting again slightly.

Seaki
Baharia gave a small have-quirked smile. The politics of this pack, he would have refused. Sure, they run the pack, but the way to anyone's heart had to be through their stomach, not with power or politics or anything like that.

But~ That didn't matter right now. An adventure was the first and formost thing that was needed. "Oh~ We could go to the shallow pools and look for things. Or we could build something that floats and go out on the water~"

His eyes dazzled. Going down stream on a raft, oooh, that would be so fun.

"Or, we could fish! Grampa and Auntie Ziwa have been teaching the upocoming hunters the basics and stuff~" He was excited. He giggled slightly and looked towards the water. "Comeon~ The day is still young~" He bounced on his feet, hoping his brother would decide.

He should be better at thinking things though anyways - he was going to be a leader, after all. Hari couldn't think straight with all of the possiblilities.

Nessiaing
Kunle followed quickly behind his brother, he was wondering what they should do, fishing could be usefull, but Kunle wasn't interested in hunting, he recognized the importance of hunters, but it wasn't a skill Kunle cared to learn right now.

"Oh" he chirped, "lets go to the shallow waters!" he said to his brother hoping that his brother would be as excited abotu that option as he was. Kunle has just never really been to the shallow waters and wanted to know more about that area of the pride.

Seaki
"Okay~" Baharia chirped and bounced towards the direction of his favorite wading pool. It was nice and cool. Sometimes, the braver fish would come and swim around his paws if he stayed still long enough.

That, and you could find interesting little trinkets! In fact, just yesterday he found a strand of twine that he could use to make something with.

"The shallow waters are so fun~ There are lots of interesting things, like fishes and little disk things! The other day, I found some sort of bone. I could probably get Grampa or Auntie to tell me what it is!"

The blue male quivered excitedly as he stepped into the shallow water, which quickly enveloped his paw.

Nessiaing
Kunle moved slowly towards the edge of the water, noting all the wild life that could be seen in the area, it was interesting. He slowly let his paws move into the water, noting that the water was much warmer then that of the big lake where he often bathed himself.

"That's awesome!" he yipped, "He looked down seeing fish in the weeds not far from where they stood. You should find take it to them sometime it would be interesting!" Kunle tried to stand very still to watch all that was going on around him, "Do you come here often?" Kunle asked his brother, he began to wonder more and more about his brother, he realized he had been so conserned about being the heir that he didn't know his brother nearly as well as he should.

Seaki
Baharia gave a small grin. "I come here every day! There are so many things to find here, and it changes every day!" The mouth of the stream flowed softly into this area, and the rich silt as well as trinkets pushed down stream and into the small shallow areas.

Baharia was sure if the lake and river were drained, there would be all sorts of interesting things in it's depths. But, he wouldn't wish that the water was gone for entertainment. He dearly loved the water.

"I found this area a while ago. I've been coming here every day since, even when it rains. Damu comes with me sometimes though, but he stays on the shore." Baharia rambled.

"You're only the second I've shown! Even Auntie Ziwa doesn't know about this area. At least, I haven't shown her. Did you know Auntie Ziwa collects trinkets too! I saw her with some. She doesn't wear them though. Once I make my own stuff, I'll wear my trinkets!" He made the solemn promise to himself.

He paused, watching as a fish weaved trhough his paw, and he giggled.

"You're training must be hard, ne, Kunny?"

Nessiaing
Kunle listened to his brother talk, it was really quite amazing to hear the passion in his brothers voice. Kunle didn;t really have the same passion, not about the same things at least.

The red pup swished his paws around in the water noting how the sand moved in the water it was really quite interesting. He felt a smile creep across his face when he unearthed a shell, he flipped his paw over and looked at it closer.

"Yes I train hard, there is lots to know." Kunle didn't mind his training though, he loved to learn more about the pride and spen some quality time with X'xa. Kunle liked most of the adults of the pack, they were very kind and never treated him as just a kid.

"I think you would be good at making trinkets, Baharia." Kunle told his brother, he liked to offer compliments, knowing that they made him feel good he assumed they made others feel good aswell.

Seaki
The golden eyes twinkled happily. His brother was interesting, to say the least, but he knew they would never be interested in the same things. They barely had anything in common at all, and it rather saddened the young pup.

Her gave a small smile though. "I bet there is! I mean, there's a lot to know about fishing and hunting, and that's just a normal job, you know," Baharia told him, ernestly. "I bet you have to learn a lot more than I do."

It wasn't that Baharia didn't like learning, but politics and workings on the pack bubbled down to the bare minimum. The only thing he would lead would be a hunting party.

"You think so?" Baharia gave an uncertain smile. He could make them, sure, but he could be better. He had untrained paws with his trinkets and he had many failed trinkets.

With a shift of his paw, silt wafated through the clear water, sending the small fish around his legs zipping away. He smilled down at the water and searched for a new object.

Nessiaing
Kunle listened to his brother speak.... it was true they had very little in common but he loved his brother and found him very interesting. The young pups thought about hunting and fishing, they were skills that he absolutely didn't have. Not even a little bit.

He shuffled his feet in the sand, causing little ripples in the water around him. "Baha...." he bagan very quite, kind of wondering how to ask his question, he was ashamed to have the need to ask his brother this, but he had been focused on other things.... "could you tell me how to fish?" He shuffled again in the water wondering how his brother would respond to this question.

Seaki
Haria busied himself moving the small particals of dust from the object he had only just touched upon. What was it, he wondered? Smooth and long. He shifted the dirt, pulling up a splintered bone, though short in size, he could probably make something from it. He craddled the object in his paw before tossing it back to shore.

Cyan ears flicked when he heard his brother voice. Tilting his head at the question he shifted. "Fishing?" Haria asked softly. He was better at fishing then hunting. He wanted to be the pack's greatest fishman.

"Alright, but the water's too shallow here. The bigger fish don't come into shallow water," he informed matter-of-factly.

"Come, I'll show you," he waded out of the water and began movied further down the the river, where the water lapped at the shore, but dipped further into the abyss. Of course, they'd only chance at the shore, and the fish stayed closer to the surface 'for warmth and food.'

Nessiaing
Kunle padded along behind his brother, the young dog didn't really ever plan on making a career out of hunti and fishing, but it was very possible that in a time of need the pup would need to have this skill, and how embaressing would it be if that time came and he didn't know how to fish, and who better to teach him then his brother.

Making it to the deeper water he stood very still looking dwon into the water. He looked up to his brother waiting for further instructions. This was going to be an awesome adventure.

Seaki
"Firstly," Haria started, looking as some of the smaller fish came up to the surface and nibbled at the top of the water. "Water is tricky. If you would aim for the fish, you would miss, since the water reflects the sun."

He started his lecture. He had found some things out through practice, but he was getting better at fishing. Practice made perfect, after all.

"You'll have to aim below the fish, since the distance can be hard to judge, and there's a chance it could escape before you grab it." Baharia flashed his white teeth at the water.

"I'll show you first, alright?"

Nessiaing
Kunle listened to everything that his brother said taking in as much as he could, water trickery, sun, depth. There was a lot of things to remember. Kunle looked down and watching the larger fish move around his paws, they had already seemed to have gotten use to the red pillars in the water.

"Ok" he whispered, afraid that he was going to disturb the fish with his voice, "I will watch very closely." Kunle was good at studying, but he was worried about the actual art of carrying the movement out.

Baharia paused for a second, scanning the water for the fish. They stayed towards the surface for the warm water that came from the sun. His breathing stayed soft and he watched them skim.

Briefly a fish skimmed across the surface. it was small, butgood enough for a demonstration. He snapped his jaws at the water quickly, careful not to inhale while doing so. His jaws closed across the scales and he pulled the flailing body from the water.

The fish was just bigger then his jaw, head and tail extending passed the sides - it struggled valiantly, but Baharia held tight upon the fish. As the struggling weakened, he let the fish fall from his jaws away from the water. "And that's how you do it," he spoke softly, hoping his brother would be proud of him.

Nessiaing
Kunle was proud of his brother, it was amazing to see his brother shinning. "Wow" Kunle whispered, doubting inside whether or not he was going to be able to accomlish what his brother had done so easily. The red pup looked down again at his feet wondering how it was the fish weren't afraid of the bright red legs that stood before them.

He took a deep breath in and then plunged his head into the water... unlike his brohter though Kunle was not carefull, and didn't think to much. Before he knew what had happened he was yanking his head out of the water coughing and spitting up water. It took him a minute to figure out what happened.... he had inhaled while underwater. If the pup wasnt brightly colored already it would have shown that he was blushing. He tried to blow it off instead though and with a smile on his face he turned to his brother still coughing a littler, "Perhaps I should leve the fishing to you."

Nessiaing
Kunle smiled at his brother's kindness, it was nice to hear that his brother had made the same mistake when he first tried. Perhaps Kunle did have a chance of being able to hunt one day. Though after inhaling that water as he just had, he wasn't really in the mood to try again.

"Well we will have to come out here again soon and try." Kunle said moving making his way out of the water. He looked up into the sky it was starting to get darker and he had a feeling that his mother and father would be worried if the two pups stayed out much longer. "Shall we head back?"

Seaki
Baharia gave a bright smile. "Alright," he said nudging the fish over to Kunle. "You can have this one," he said shyly, and looked back towards the dens, and perked his large ears forward. "Yeah, we can head back," he told his brother, jumping up, and he grinned.

He couldn't wait to tell Grandpa and Auntie Ziwa!
