Here you will find the spirits that earned the 'Ugly' label. They too populate the spirit world, but find their way into the human world...and cause havoc.
These spirits have earned the 'Ugly' label because they are evil. They viciously attack humans and hunger human flesh, even souls. They come in a diverse range of power, difficulty, level of danger.
They create the largest amount of damage and injury. Usually Card Holders must fight them in groups and banishing will not due, these ugly monsters need to be destroyed. Some examples are devils, demons that can posses humans, which require exorcism, and even types of dragons.
Another note - An Ugly Spirit generally cannot be induced to turn good because of their general disposition. But if you have an idea we might be able to work something out.
* Characters here can be rped by their creator or just become a NPC in our story. More will unfold about the mysterious parallel universe and its inhabitants.
* Remember that spirits in general are not seen by the regular human population.

Spirits Stats Species: The Animalian Demon Characteristic: This is a newer type of demon that has emerged. It takes the form of different types of animals. They are usually spawned from mistreated animal or human souls that have a primal need for revenge. Personality: They have a silver tongue that seems to mesmerize their prey They Hunger: Human beings in general, but they have a preference for young children Their Weakness: They can be killed with mortal weapons, sutras, and holy water. What makes them dangerous? They have power over animals and are very persuasive, especially when it comes to young children. Once ensnared, the attack comes. Spirits Stats Species: The Humanoid Demon Characteristic: These demons resemble human males and are usually created from strong feelings of hatred, fear, or jealously. Personality: They have a silver tongue that seems to mesmerize their prey They Hunger: Human beings in general, preferably heavy populated areas where strong feelings described above are highly expressed Their Weakness: These are harder to kill because they are stronger and usually take blessed weapons or sutras to kill. What makes them dangerous? They are extremely strong and/or fast and often hide in the shadows of human society. Spirits Stats Species: The Demoness Characteristic: A common female figure found in the spirit world, the demoness is usually the spirit of a vengeful woman who was cruel or unhappy in life and in death. Personality: Diverse personality that seems to correlate between how hungry they are. They Hunger: Human beings in general, but prefer children and men Their Weakness: They are most easily killed with holy water or purification of some sort. What makes them dangerous? Their powers range from creating child puppets that wreck havoc and mischief to taking human female forms in order to seduce and devour human males. Discovered by ObscurityFair

Spirits StatsSpecies:Nuckelavee Characteristic:An ancient 'fairy' usually native in Ireland, it has began to expand its territory. Often blamed for all sorts of blight this is known to be one of the most dangerous spirits in the world to face. They smell of rotting flesh and have a skinless appearance. They need a body of polluted water or salt water to survive in for a habitat during the day and only come out at dusk and later Personality: The Nucklelavee are a brutal and ruthless species with no pity, driven by hunger and hate all living things. They Hunger: flesh, particularly human flesh of any kind, it hates the smell of burning seaweed which will send it into an uncontrollable rage Their Weakness:Their greatest weakness is fresh water, especially fresh rain water. What makes them dangerous? It is ten times the size of a normal man with the strength to match its size, has poisonous breath that can cause disease, and reeks of rotting flesh so horribly that the smell alone is enough to cause most humans to kneel over and hurl. It is nearly (if not completely) impossible to take down a Nuckelavee on your own.Discovered by mc2

Spirits StatsSpecies:Karakoncolos Characteristic: The Karakoncolos is a variant of Turkish bogeymen that only appears on the first ten days of Zemheri, "the dreadful cold". They are kind of like hairy sasquatches that seem rather harmless as they stand on the murky corners of streets asking seemingly random questions to passersby. Personality: Most of the Karakoncolos are rather easy to deal with and like to present themselves as jokesters. They pretend to be almost jovial, but under that they hold the air of contained malevolence, as if one wrong slipup will have them slicing open your throat. They like: Answering their questions with the word 'kara' in your sentence will keep them from harming you, because it is their favorite word. There's not much else that really satisfies them. They dislike: bells and other large hairy beasts like themselves. For this reason, the Turkish perform a ritual called 'kukeri' around New Years and before Lent, to help chase away the evil spirits. The simple ritual involves men dressing up in costumes with very large animal masks and bells hanging off of them. They then dance through the streets of the town all day and then at the end gather at the town square for one big crazy dance, jangling their bells and amusing the townsfolk. What makes them dangerous? If you do not answer the questions of a Karakoncolos with the word 'Kara' (which means 'black') in your sentence, the karakoncolos will kill you. Also, they have been known to draw people out of their homes into the frigid cold by imitating the voices of loved ones. If the intended victim does not manage to break themselves from the charm, they will freeze to death outside.
