Vastina wandered had taken to wondering again with Rue. At the moment they were at the base of one of the mountains that was north of the Boarderlands. Along these mountains were what once was their homes yet it didn't feel like they should go back that way just yet. Maybe one day, but not now. The taste of adventure they had gotten was just enough to keep them going. Of course the ghosts that wandered the world also added a level of interest for Vastina. Rue had gotten very proficient at hunting which was a good thing. Now they were just looking for what would be their next adventure.

-Ashlynn was half awake and asleep sitting on Crevans back where she has been fighting a cold for awhile now but they didn't have a home and really were lost in trying to find this crazy old man.-
-Crevan was just walking carefully so that Ashlynn wouldn't have to dodge.-
"Ashlynn, think we should call it for tonight at least."
"you might be right .. not sure where would be a good spot my head is too cloudy right now."
"I'll find something."

Rue was feeling energtic this night and so moving faster then his dragon companion. In the time they had been together he had grown a a lot. He spotted the little dragon and girl first and stopped in his tracks. "Vast...Do you see them?" Vastina arrived and nodded. "I think I remember the dragon from when we had gone to that meeting in the mountains." She stepped out towards them slowly to show she wasn't hostile. "Hello?"

-Crevan stopped before he took his next step and looked in the direction and turned to face her with his head tilted trying to get a better view.-
-Ashlynn just tiredly tugged on his main as she didn't want to deal with this.-
"Hello, can we help you, if not we need to find camp for the night." -His voice was calm and careful more stronger sounding than when he was a hatchling.-

"Would you like to share our camp?" Vastina asked as Rue came to stand next to her. "I think I remember you...From that one dragon meeting. Or am I wrong? I haven't seen anyone from that time in a while..." "No I remember his markings." Rue said as he looked at them again. "I'm Rue and this is Vastina. Nice to meet you again. Hey does your friend need help?"

-Crevan listen till it was their turn to speak, he looked at Vastina he was right in believing they have met before he slightly nodded-
"Thank you Rue and Vastina, I am Crevan and my sister has been trying to get over an aliment her kind has."
-Ashlynn just lightly waved as it seemed he was familiar with them.-

"We haven't set camp yet tonight but you are welcome to join us. Rue has gotten very good at hunting. And maybe we can do something to help your sister." Vastina offered again as Rue nodded. Adults he didn't like so much. Kids he could handle though.

"Are you sure we are not going to be too much trouble?"
-Ashlynn started to slowly nod off to sleep before she fell over she would catch herself and run her fingers through Craven's mane.-

"No trouble at all." Vastina said as Rue got closer to the pair. "I can carry you so you don't fall if you want." Rue offered looking at the girl. Vastina smiled and then looked off a little ways. They were too far from a glen that she and Rue had passed through not long ago.

-Ashlynn sighed and then looked at her-
"no it's ok.."
-she cleared her throat.-
"We just met and your already worried about us. You don't see that often."
-Crevan lightly nodded his head like he knew she would say that- "We've just been wondering, looking for shelter that would be easy to make camp around. If we find something soon I'll help with finding something to eat it's at least we can do in return."

"There is a glen not far from here that Rue and I have used a few times. A small cave that is empty of animals and a brook running along the hill over the cave." Vastina said as she started heading that way. Rue smiled a little at Ashlynn. "I think you will find we aren't like most people."

-Crevan looked back to make sure Ashlynn had a good enough grip and then he picked up speed a little to catch up with them as they headed towards the Glenn, Crevan had a few questions but wasn't sure how to asked.-
-Ashlynn just looked around at what they were passing to make sure they could make their way back if they had to.-

The cave was still unoccupied when they reached it which was a good thing as far as Vastina was concerned. Rue went in to make sure and then came back out to start getting wood together for a fire. "I'll start getting a fire going." He got out a small bunch of rocks that he had placed in the underbrush that he used to make a fire circle. As Rue worked Vastina settled down on the ground near the cave entrance. "This little place is starting to feel like home." She said amused. She was sure that they would have questions and she was fine with answering them. "I'm afraid I don't know much about human illnesses. Rue has been very careful about not getting sick while we have journeyed. But maybe he can help your sister."

-she hopped off Crevan and then carefully walked near where the fire was being made.-
-Crevan watched her and then shook his head.-
"She spent a couple days just staying asleep but instead of getting all the sleep she need she still does night watches and hunts for herself."
-Ashlynn growled at him-
-Crevan chuckled-
"she has much of her fathers traits though, stubborn."

"Thats a good thing. Other wise it would be hard to survive." Vastina said as she watched them. "Rue is like that too." The young man glanced at his dragon friend and huffed a little. "Well you are. I know you don't like your father but if you didn't have his stubbornness you wouldn't have been able to leave the village and stay with me." She said and Rue bobbed his head in agreement. "Yeah yeah I know." He glanced at Ashlynn then. "You good with herbs and roots?"
