It wasn't a fountain really , Jack thought taking a couple cautious steps towards it, it was more like a forgotten well-type-thing. glinting off the cave's minimal light some sort of gem was at the bottom. Gem? Gem did you say? well if this is the Fountain of Youth which in itself was the most valuable thing in the world (besides it being water) that means that the Gem itself was the actual longevity-the philosopher's stone-the time warp-the...well you get the picture. Ever sustaining life.
Again Jack peered over the decrepit stone well edge, his fingers tapping a nervous rhythm. The rustle of papers reminded Jack of something he had that could save the entire pirate community...if community was the right word. Jack's thoughts drifted to the Pearl that sat just at the bay of this forgotten Island. he could sail her forever! the edges of all maps would be discovered (and plundered) by him first! Nothing would stand in his way of the favourable sustenance that was life!
Something echoed off the walls and for a moment he couldn't tell if it was just a rodent or something worse. then the hissing started, the slow almost melodious singing, he had heard this tune before way, way, way back when he was-it clicked and with all strength Jack unsheathed his sword and turned around.
"Jack Ssssssparrow" came an eerily familiar voice. the water guarding the entrance to the underwater cave began to ripple and Jack had a really bad feeling. from out of the crystal blue depths emerged three mermaids. Their blue tails flicked lazily out of the water as they perched themselves on the shore.
"Oh not you blasted Scaly Tails," Jack groaned. The one on the left by the name of Aquila smiled up at him.
"Hello Jack, Long time, no ssssee."
"Could've gone a bit longer, but seeing as you're here..." Jack turned back to the fountain "you can watch as i make history-so if you'll excuse me." he re-shiethed his sword and began to walk towards the fountain, but an angered hiss stopped him.
"Ssssssstop!" The eldest (and most annoying) Morveren shouted. Jack turned around-not exactly wise. They had something in their possession that Jack thought he had entrusted to Tonra; he had also thought that the three of them had been crushed in the collapsing cave...
Inside her hands was Poseidon’s Trident, and before he could speak his whole body felt light and cold and very, very sleepy. Through the drooping eyes Jack could see their Scaly figures are weird and wavy and for some reason he couldn't move his limbs.
Morveren chuckled evilly to herself as Jack was enclosed inside a pocket of water and with the easiest flick of her wrist Jack hovered and was lifted above the fountain.
"A life for a life." Aquila said-their sister Aquila was crushed in the cave and her body hadn't even been given a proper burial. All due to him! They lowered the floating water enclosed Jack into the Fountain of Youth smiling.
Slowly; very, very slowly, the life would get sucked right out of him.
"let's go!" Morveren said and dove into the water followed Closely by her sister. They had told him nearly thirty years ago. they would take his freedom.

Officers bustles around the little room, one carrying a camera the other a notebook, documenting all the finding and mesurements of each clue that was at the scene-so to speak. There were a large amount of insects on the rus, a couple of spiders had made thier homes in the corner of the ceiling as did the caterpillers. one soldier had even faited because he saw a centipead. James walked to the cheif detective Stan Feilds, his hands clasped behind his back.
"Commodore."
"Detective. I hipe my men have served you well." Stan gave a breif nod. "well trained."
James' face remained stoic, "i should certanly hope so. Any word as to what has been taken?" Stan and James shared a solem glance, and Stan gravitated towards the door.
"i think the study is more appropriate for this situation." James gave an 'after you' nod and Stan led the way into the previous Govenor Swann's study, no belonging to his daughter.
"Has Mrs. Turner come back yet?" asked James, Stan took off his hat and situated himself on the couch. "she's on her way.should be here in a few moments"
"where was she?"
"Tending to one of her father's plantations i would assume. But only God knows."
"and the boy?"
"attached to her hip."
"ah."
There was an akward silence, which happily was resolved when the front door was slammed open and Elizabeth Turned strode in, rebuffing anyone to keep her away, James and Stan ran up beside her.
"Mrs. Turner."
"Commodore"
"Mrs. Turner."
"Detective." a couple soldiers stood guard of the door and Elizabeth glared at them and instantly they stepped aside, as soon as Elizabeth was in the room, everyone looks up and she took charge.
"i want everyone out of this room." Imediate protests began but Elizabeth overpowered them all."Gentleman this is MY house and you will do as i say. now leave." All soldeirs and camera men left the room to stand in the front foyer, James and Stan turned to go, however she told them to stay back.
Once the door was snapped shut she immediantly started looking through the drawers, moving and shuffling papers, she even opened up a secret compartement in the back of the bookshelf, and with a special key lying on her desk she opened the safe. the only thing inside was a wooden box and a pirate medalion. she closed the safe with a sigh.
"it's gone." she said, and looked up at the detective. "the Deed to Port Royal has been taken, Elizabeth also looked back to the desk. "As has my father's-nee my seal." The Commodore and the Detective looked between themselves and her.
"Well are you going to stand around gawking or do your job. Detective, no other besides James is alowed in this room to do understand me?"
"yes, Miss."
"And Commodore. I have a feeling your navy should be getting ready for battle."
James frowned. "and what exactly would make you draw such a conlusion?"
"The fact that i saw Captain Jack in Port Royal nearly three weeks ago. Back when the petunias were fresh." she nodded to the flowers in the pot by the window. Everyone loked at it and Elizabeth continued. "these petunias are a certain tropical breed. one when in controlled tempurature and water stimuli take five weeks to bloom. The broken window would be able to let in rain and sun liable to creating the perfect climate of the tropics. In the wild they take three weeks to grow, and the fact that i know could have my own insect cultivating room. Therefore my house was broken into three weeks ago. nothing other than the deed and a couple gold trinkets were taken. Although a pirate i know for a fact that Jack only steels when nessesary and knows that if he took something remotley valuable to me i'd cut his arm off." Elizabeth traded glances between them. "that'll be all gentlemen."
Both men bowed and exited heading towards the front door. Stan looked at James. "Ho-ly crap."

Kat lurked in the shadows. She had heard something about Jack missing but she didn't think it was true until now. " Jack... Oh man he probably got into trouble again."

Sophie was on the beach and heard two guards talking about how jack sparrow has taken the deed to port royal and is now missing "Oh god jacks most likely to be in trouble"

"oh for god's sake these new guards are giving me a major headache..." Blaire Moaned as she quickly sped around the corner. what the heck was going on. There were a couple more officers Blaire passed before getting to the Slingback Inn. on the pint smelling door was a wanted poster for Jack. Alive 100,000 pounds.

Holy! Blaire chuckled, Wonder what kind of stunt he pulled off now. She almost flounced into the bar and held up her hand to the barman, who immediantly poured her a sdrink. she sat at the booth and smiled at him when he gave it too her.
"Thanks Freddie. how much?"
"Nadda keep yer gold." Blaire's eyebrows rose.
"oh really, what's said occasion?"
"Didn't ya here? Jack Sparrow is wanted!"
Blaire blinked. "Freddie, know that i love you when i say: you really are dense Jack's ALWAYS wanted by the Navy."
"true but you know what for?"
"i'm listening." Blaire took a swig of Ale.
"He's got the deads to Port Royal!" Blaire choked and Freddie slapped her on her back.

Kat saw a poster near her. " He has the bloody deeds to Port Royal?!" Kat laughed. " Well I can't say I don't agree with him. I would like to change a few things around here myself."

Sophie walked around the port for a while then decided to go up to one of the guards, One that didn't know who she was. She asked him about jack and where abouts he was...'No where to be seen' was the guards reply.
Great just Great, Sophie hated jack but somtimes she would team up with him when she really needed help, she could tell jack would be needing help with what he was doin so she decided that she would get a team of pirates from tortuga find some info on were jack was heading and find him.

Blaire hit her chest a couple of times. "if i didn't kknow you any better..."
Freddie laughed and tened to another patron leaving Blaire alone with her thoughts.
So Jacks missing, eh? Blaire swirled the honey coloured drink around in the glass. Even the Navy had no idea where he was. i mean Jack was Jack he'd show up eventually, let the Navy chase him abit and head off. only to return sometime later and restrt everything. But this time they were really stumped.
Think like Jack.
"Rum."
Think like Jack.
"Freedom"
Think like Jack.
"Saughty wenches."
Think like Jack
"Everlasting life."
...Blaire was stumped and gazed up at the poster. It had been a while since she saw him, and he still was as handsome as she remembered. however it was only a drawing. Something dawned on her then. she needed to help him, to pay off her debt to him.
That is what Jack would do wouldn't he? find a way out of something he owed..?
"well i'm deffinitely going to have to team up with someone. whatever has Jack...god help us." Freddie who was cleaning a glass looked at her with a quirked eyebrow. "what haven't you seen me talk to myself."
"Worse, i've seen you argue with yerself."
"Freddie you suck." Blaire smirked.

Kat walked on wondering what he went to go find. Then it hit her. " Oh gosh no!" Kat started to run. She ran to the Black Armada. " Hoist sails! Whey anchor! Let's go!"

Sophie ran towards her ship, She jumped onto it startling all the crew members on the ship "Hoist the sails Jack Sparrows missing and we're heading to tortuga" Sophie shouted.
The crew got to work and they set sail to tortuga.

Rose walked around port royal for a bit, She realized there was a wanted sign over on the wall. She walked over to it and looked at it, The person who was wanted was the famous jack sparrow.
'wow what could he have done' Rose thought.
She looked at some of the guards she looked at them really hard and she read their thoughts
'Ok any sign of sparra and we take him to Mrs turner' One guard thought
'That really didn't help' Rose thought
She looked at the other and read this thoughts
'Man if i had stolen the deeds to port royal i would have been dead i can't belive sparra did though once we find him lizabeths gonna have his head' The guard thought
Bingo, He had stolen the deeds to port royal. Is he mad or somthing...!
Rose thought for a moment what would he want with the deeds....!
'No he wouldn't try get into the cave, the mermaid things would surly keep him in the bubble of water, Thats how the Capt'n that took her in died he tried to get the treasure from there too.
She didn't want another pirate dead even if she didn't know him she must save him, She ran back to her ship "Get The ship ready to sail were goin to tortuga for supplies guys" Rose shouted at her crew while she helped them out.

Kat saw another ship pulling out as well. " Hey that's sophie's ship!" Kat tried to signal to her. " Sophie!"
