I really like this eye and P Urn mask combo.
Though, I need some help balancing out the darker blue on the mask
Any item suggestions?

Something for the arms, perhaps? Inari's Beads probably has something you might find useful.

Hm, change the footing perhaps? Those boots are way too gray, though the stripe looks cool. >.< Taking them off might give you the opportunity to add some blue though.

I agree with both suggestions. Plus, maybe some (blue) pants? Or a change in hair style/color?
