(Something weird about your poll how can you not know you've been raped or molested) There are those who have never been taught what raped or molestation is. When i was growing up, I didnt know what it was. No one taught me what it was. I was about 12 when i found out that what was happening to me was rape. So it is possible not to know.

When i was growing up, I didnt know what it was. No one taught me what it was. I was about 12 when i found out that what was happening to me was rape. So it is possible not to know. Another possibility is if you were impaired in some way. Like if you were so intoxicated or high and didn't know what happened. Or if the rapist puts a cloth with that anesthesia-like stuff over your face. It'll knock the heck out of you and you won't remember anything when you awaken.

thats very true. My stepsister had that happen to her. The only reason why she knew what happened was it was her friends who did it to her. they thought it was funny.

Some children can be tricked into consent.
So, technically, even though they accept the sex, it's still rape because children can't fully comprehend what's going on, and they don't know that it's legally the adult's duty to keep the child from sexual acts of references until they reach the age of consent.
