This is how it works: the more you post and donate, the higher your rank gets. If you are a crew member you can request to have a certain title, but it has to be approved and not already taken as a special title. If you do something special you might get a special title. Also I will randomly assign titles. Crew members are in blue and everyone else is in violet.
