Living with a herd was different from when it was just him and his family. The first difference was that there were more Soquilis around; although he knew most of the herd's members and they were like an extended family to him, he couldn't do what he loves the most in front of them... He had thought that living in a herd would mean more Soquilis to perform in front of, but he soon realized that he's just not ready for such a big audience! He is just not the best at his art despite trying his best to perform.
The colt sighed as he looked at his surroundings; now, he spends most of his time in the plains just outside herd territory but making sure to stay close, practicing his singing and dance moves... At the sight of the many flowers blooming around him, Cabriole couldn't help but smile to himself; not long ago, this same field was covered with cold, white snow and the flower seeds were trapped underneath... Maybe he's like the flowers under the snow and he too will bloom one day? That's what his father had told him, after all, and he was sure that his father would not lie to him!
"Spring is full of colors," The male sung as he leaped into the air; it was slightly monotonous but at leas he didn't trip when he landed. Born tone-deaf and with four left hoofs, the colt was blissfully unaware of both "handicaps" due to his encouraging family who did not have the heart to tell him the truth. However, perhaps it was due to their encouragements, but he had came a long way practicing by himself and listening to the suggestions of others, mostly his family.

Tomas smirks as he runs away from his father's place, his father had finally fallen asleep. Tomas had just wanted to see the world outside of the village, where he was born. It was hard with the herd that he was in. His grandmother, his father, his great uncle and his cousins who always seemed to fuss over him. Then there was Bella and her son Trovin whom seemed to come and go whenever they wanted why couldn't his family be more like them. Instead they seemed to sit around and listen to the two-leggers boring.
Heading into the plains he stops and listens hearing someone sing off tone he blinks and heads for the origin of the song. He also looked around at all the flowers, getting closer in slows down, he wanted to make sure that he didn't spook the singer.
As he nears he sees a foal around his age, jumping and sing and having a good time, he smiles and decides to watch him for a little until the other foal was done.

"And... Land!" The colt muttered to himself as he landed before finishing with a pose - chest out, face high, legs rigid. Then, he relaxed, panting before stretching his limbs, having done with practice for today. However, the exercise had made him both hungry and thirsty and he looked around, searching for a source of water to satisfy his thirst for now. However, although he did not find one, he did spy another colt looking his way; had he been there all this time while he was practicing? Cabriole blushed and frowned a little, wondering where the stranger was from; he was certainly not part of his herd!
Flicking his tail, the colt decided to investigate; normally, others tend to stay away from his herd's territories, so maybe this stranger was just lost? Or maybe there was another herd nearby that he didn't know about? Still panting slightly from his work-out, the colt turned to the colt before making his way to the stranger. When he was within earshot, he gave a friendly smile and a nod of his head as greeting, "Hello! Are you from around here?"

*Tomas watches him somemore, he was a interesting follow. once he notices that the other foal is finshed he watches him and noticed that he is panting, then watches him stretch his limbs, Tomas is in total aweshock as he watches this foal he was might be a little tone deaf, but the dancing was awesome and had to take weeks for him to learn. He watches the other foal turn red.
Watching him flick his tail, stands his ground. He hoped that he wasn't in someone elses territory, Watching the other colt turn to him he blinks again. Relaxing as the other foal gives him a friendly smile and a nod of his head " Hello, i'm sorry I caught you singing and dance but you a awesome dancer and singer. No I'm not, I'm from the villege, I ran away from my father who doesn't let me go out and play, he worries that I might get hurt. I'm Tomas."

"Oh!" The colt turned a darker shade of red at the compliment before bowing his head, "Thank you..." He had never been complimented outside of his family before, and it felt sort of warm and satisfying... When he gets good enough to perform for more people, would their smiles and praises be his greatest satisfaction? He smiled at the thought as he glanced at Tomas; judging by how he felt when looking at the expression on the brown colt's face, Cabriole figured that it probably would be.
"The village!" Cabriole's eyes widened as he echoed the other colt, clearly surprised; this foal and his family lives among two-leggers? Being raised among other Soquilis, he had never been close to a two-legger before. He smiled before he spoke again, "That's interesting! I live in the nearby herd and come here often to practice... I'm Cabriole Amachi, but please, call me Cabriole!"

Tomas smiles " your welcome." He watches the foal Cabriole, thinking about how it was great to meet someone that was his age instead of adult, He smiles again and then looks around.
Tomas nods " The two-leggers are intersting and they give us sweets like apples." He listens to Cabriole talk about his herd " okie Cabriole, does your family sing too? Who big is your herd? I'm sorry for asking so many questions, it's just you are the first foal I have met, and I am intersted in seeing how other herds live outside of the village."

"They do?" The male's eyes widened, before he raised an eye brow, feeling rather doubtful. Then, he shook his head before offering a small smile, "They're so scary though... With that hot, bright thing they create using trees at night and the way they walk on two legs. Then again, I wouldn't know... I've never been near one before." He admitted with a shrug before talking again, "But if you say that they offer apples, they must be nice!"
Cabriole smiled; he would be more than happy to talk about his family and herd! He nodded, "My family does sing! They are really good at it too... In fact, I was told that my parents fell in love through singing!" The colt grinned happily, "And my sisters are good at singing too! And my herd is not that big... At least, I think not. I'm sure I've seen bigger."
He paused before chuckling, "Well, how about you tell me about your family and the two-leggers? I've never met someone who lives inside those two-legger's homes before!"

Tomas nods, he liked talking about the two-leggers. he knew a little bit about the bright light that Cabriole, a couple of days ago he had gotten a little to close and the blight light had burned his nose hair a little. he listen and smiles at Cabriole saids that the must be nice. He smiles again then looks around again relaxing a bit more
Tomas listens him talk about his family, ' wow it must be nice to have a family that likes to do stuff together like singing' listening somemore it was interesting to hear that is how Carbriole fell in love. " Wow, your family sounds, lovly, I bet you all have lots of fun, bigger heards really?"
He relaxes at the chuck and smiles. " Sure, my family is my grandmother, Hanna, she is the color of light smoke with golden black spots, she was rise in the villege of the two-leggers, her two-legger is smaller then the others. She can't speak. My grandfather is a might and powerful warror, is also a guardian of village and protects the two-leggers. He really doesn't have a two-legger he shares my grandmothers. he also has a huge shell on his back. My father is golden with brown spots. he like my grandpa doesn't have a two-legger. My aunt is blind and doesn't live in the villege, I have never met her of my cousins. My uncle also lives in the villege and takes care of a two-legger too. The two-leggers, do lots of things, they were animal furs on their bodies and make many things, they can carry water and food great ways with upper legs and feet. They also talk with one another and share information. Some of the other soquili let the two-leggers get on them or help dig in the dirt. They even help them move their homes around. Most two-leggers like to touch us. give us treats or play with us. it is a lot of fun.

"It is!" Cabriole grinned happily, giving the colt a nod and then another nod again at his question. He paused, deep in thought before musing out loud, "Well, I've seen herds that cover more territory than mine... And those with more members too. I think mine might be one of the smaller ones! Its nice though - you get to know everyone rather quickly because its small... I guess its like having a big family!"
He listened, looking fascinated with all the information Tomas was sharing with him. He had never knew that the two leggers could be so interesting... Normally, he would try to avoid them and make a conscious effort to keep away from their village.
"Your family sounds amazing too! Its great that you know your grandparents... My parents had never told me about mine." He paused at the thought, wondering for a moment why they never did, but quickly shrugged that thought away. Giving a smile, he continued, "And really? They allow the two leggers to get on their backs? Wow... I wonder if they're heavy!" Cabriole laughed, before grinning at Tomas, "It seems like two leggers really aren't all that bad... In fact, they sound like fun!"

~Tomas listens and smiles~ " Wow it is hard to bleive, are they like a wave of bodies?" ~he listens closely some of his questions were a bit odd " Yeah I agree with there, I wish I would have a foal or two that was my age in my herd. Instead of all the adults." ~He wiggles his ears relaxing a bit~
~He watches Cabriole's look of Fascination~ The homes that the two-leggers build and live in are cave-like things, these have doors that move in when the two-legger go in and out when the two-leggers come out. You hardly never seen them standing in skywater, it is wired."
~he smirks~ " Thanks, really? I'm sorry that your parents haven't told you about yours, I hope they do someday." ~ nods~ " Yes, I wonder that too, they look heavy." ~He watches Cabriole grin and grins with him~ " They are a lot of fun, I wish I could take you back with me, and have you meet my grandma's two-legger, so maybe I can get her to follow one day out here if you like?"

"I- I'm not sure... Sort of, I guess..." Cabriole blinked; a wave of bodies... What a way to describe a big herd! He paused, letting out a soft chuckle, "They build cave-like things? That's pretty cool! And... Doors?" He frowned, looking confused for a minute; he had never heard of such a weird object before! Then, he continued, "Well, I suppose two-leggers will always be weird in some way!"
He nodded, "Really! In fact, its always been my father, my sisters and me... Recently, my mother too. I've never thought about my grandparents before." He beamed at the other colt excitedly at his question; a two legger? Up close? And possibly a good one too, since it was Tomas' grandma's two legger! It would be a good chance to determine, for himself, if they're nice or not!
"Sure! I would like that very much!" He grinned happily, "I've never met one up close before!"
