As far as the gay friend goes, just give him time and support him. He'll come out of the closet eventually. Don't force!

And as for Justin Bieber...he's talented, but I don't like his music.
And as soon as he hits puberty...his voice will change and I dunno how much alike he will sound then to how he sounds now.
