I don't have many rules; so I'm going to sum them all up pretty quickly. Short and sweet.
1. NO GOD MODDING
2. Try to use correct literacy the best you possible can and please read the post of your opponent's carefully.
3. Don't always try to automatically catch or hit some with an attack; they may be able to dodge or block using of their speed, strength, or ability. (I suggest reading the profile of your opponent)
4. You can't dodge EVERYTHING! For example: If you're flying through the air and someone suddenly appeared infront of you and threw a blow. You can just completely shift to another direction faster than they throw their blow is coming toward you. (Unless their character is extremely slow and it says that in their profile.)
Well that pretty much it; if there's anything else it'll be added later on. Please abide by these rules, thank you. heart

Cade's Extension (confirmed) of the rules of combat!!!! its rough draft, deal with it
1. God Modes, or the term "God Modding" no longer exists, cause the term is undefined and role-playing experience leads to different opinions. What is considered unsportsmanlike is
Auto-Hit: Attacks that are indeed undodgeable/unpreventable or making one or your attacks hit without a chance for foe response. -This rule has an exception, if you are using a combo like example: Bam kicks (you) into the air, and follows up with a massive ki blast. That is alright, for the Auto-hit attack is not fatal or by any means battle changing.
Character balance: If your character is for example a "god like being" you should never be fighting against a "low being" in tournaments or "proving who is the best" battles. To keep from the "god mode call" players should fight with characters at least around the same level. So in other words, don't be cheap a** dicks (all the time). -So basically unless you have some magical means to make yourself different, your speed and strength are equal. -Power control: focused magic manipulators have more control over non focused. Example: If one player controls "all 5 elements" and one player controls only fire, the player that controls only fire will have great and more powerful fire control over the player controlling "all 5".
2. Explanation: try your hardest to explain your characters actions and reacts in combat so that people arn't confused what your doing or how you are doing it. To prevent issues such as
Hidden powers, now having tricks up your sleeve is alright, but i don't want to see anything like "You lost!" "what?" "i stabbed you with my sword at the start of the match and it has a magical power to kill people!" <-- this falls under auto hit An alteration and acceptable version of this, is once your sword or weapon is impaled, the sword then injects poison, mentioned in post, giving the person time to respond to the injecting process to stop it.
Having powers that allow you to per say block or instantly dodge, must be explained. Moving at the speed of light, would burn up a human, how do you survive that?
ANIME BASED ATTACKS: No everyone here watches the same anime, if your going to use attacks from anime you better explain what they are and how they work. In tournaments not explaining what your doing is just disrespectful to your foe and will cause decreased points in Score Based Tournaments.
Base Power: I always liked the idea that unless there is a reasoning, both player's roleplay characters start with the same speed, physical strength, and what not. It is only through abilities and magic that they can overcome their foe. The reason being this is, so when someone refers to "turning skin to stone" Its the idea that what strength they are at is considered normal, and turning to stone actually is more of just an example to give understanding to whats going on.

Cade's Concept for Forum Rules: (pne again its a draft! so silence yourself) -works in progress-
Considering some topics/forums are meant for specific things like "rules" non-rule related posts will be deleted after a few weeks to keep the forum form getting cluttered with unnecessary crap. (thats right i called your posts crap, deal with it!)
PROFILES: You must make one, and you can only make one topic in the profile section, you can have as many characters as you want within the posts of the topic, but only ONE TOPIC!
Rudeness: jokes are great, arguments happen, but i don't want to see a lot of people being asses to each other in the guild. This include in character and out of character. I dont want jackass like statements and insults. Non of this superiority crap Supporting: So yeah its fair to say there are some more experienced within the guild, but i dont want these people walking around like they are "better" people because of it. I want to see people getting along and growing together as a strong guild. Help people, don't be offensive, supportive, give suggestions.

I've been mean to thank you for enforcing the rules that should be common for experienced role players! I am greatful that you took charge and informed the guild members of this. Now on to what I really have to say..
THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT CONCERNING THE TOURNAMENT MEMBERS! IF YOU DO NOT POST WITHIN THREE DAYS OF YOU OPPONENTS FIRST POST; YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOSE THE FIGHT BY DEFAULT!! I KNOW SOME PEOPLE MAY HAVE COMPUTER PROBLEMS OR THEY'RE TOO BUSY TO LOG ON OFTEN. BUT; IF THAT'S YOU; I FEEL AS THOUGH YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE JOINED THE TOURNAMENT. I SAY THIS WITH ALL DUE RESPECT; BUT I MUST KEEP THIS TOURNAMENT MOVING. THANK YOU AND THAT IS ALL.
((EDIT!: Cade invades your post! cool First of Ty ty, and secondly, good call on the tournament such evils must be done *claps* well said sir, well said. Do you feel violated!? cause i violated your post? cause u should))

I have been noticing alot of topic getting opened and not used, i request that people use the topics they have opened to the fullest and not making several unneeded, unused topics. If topics are not in use i may delete them to clear space.

I must know what character the semi-finalist of the tournament are using to create another bracket in the AC Tournament topic. I'm asking that you post your character's name below please and thank you.

Alright, so I have a question. Can I just straight up rip off a character, like actually making Aang from Avatar, or Vega from Street Fighter, or do we only make original characters, here?
