Hi! Welcome to the fanfiction subforum in this guild!

In case your wondering what fanfiction is and you didn't read the description that Life Is Short wrote, fanfiction is a type of writing people write based on a TV show, book movie or anything they wish! It's just like the actual show, book, etc - except you change something.

You didn't like the way your favorite TV show ended? You can write a fanfic with a different ending! Your pretty damn sure that your two favorite character's are meant for each other? Once again you can write a fanfiction about it.

Rules, because they're useful:

1.) Respect yourself as a writer, never put yourself down. If you don't think your writing is up to par then ask around for help.

2.) Respect other writers and their work, just because you disagree with something in their fanfic it does not make them a bad writer. This is called 'flaming' and it's really frowned upon in fanfiction.

3.) Post warnings! I cannot stress this enough. In your first post please put all of your warnings! If your fanfic has spoliers in it, write down spoliers. If it has cutting, sex, death, or anything that you think needs a warning or might make other people click the back button then please write it down!

4.) Follow all of Gaia's rules. We, as a guild, don't want to get into trouble with mod's if someone in the guild is doing something wrong.

I would also like to add, not as a rule, if your having second thoughts of posting any of your work here just remember you don't have to! It would also be nice that if you do and you have an account on another site that you let people know your name so they can read your other work!

Remember fanfiction is about having fun! Let's keep it that way!
