Remarkable!!
But,in one hand, I believe, is just a dream...because Zhivago looks really awesome compared to other drawings.
And in other hand and turning to the manga topic, I believe that was Miss Gambino's return and she is really mad for something, though that hand looks more belong to Ruby's than anyone else.
hmmm...?? What is the note doing outside when it was written inside, uh? can't be the wind that has blow...
And for heaven sakes how GCD can believe that was Gino?! That coward can't kill a fly even with a sniper under his service. And now everyone is looking after him death or alive preferable alive...

People are already dressing their avatars in black, sticking Gambino in their signatures, etc etc. Hell, one person edited the picture of him bleeding so only the blood wasn't in black and white .__.;; Pain claims being your own creation

Not X, no. There is hush of Vladimir, though I'm certain we watched him destroyed. Though that phone call would make perfect sense.
I'm not surprised, Dayna. The cattle jumped on and lost their minds, and few will take the time to really look it all over. I mean, the man was shot before and he fell off a tower that crumbled and killed the Von Helson sisters, yet all 3 of them were brought back.
Why wouldn't we do a little something again for Gaia's most powerful man?

Things I'd like to point out about the current manga;
MKs Investigations
Edmund is far to calm for what occurs next. Even tries to assure Gambino that nothing is happening, even after Gambino all but cried over it. Could Edmund have ordered the hit? And why?
Gambino's note. Perhaps no writing at all. But instead, the image focuses on a blood stain. Is the hand in the last panel Agatha's? Gambino's blood could be used to create a new clone, or bring his consciousness into an existing one.
Much is possible. The answer is within the details.

Amazing assumptions, MKcito!
Hasn't Edmund been always known as a very tranquil man?
And also rumors said that after the attack the Shopkeeper was attacked too.
And that everything could be ordered by the Von-Helson sisters, whom likes "à folie" the young Gino Gambino who could be kidnapped by them.
Why the hand is covered with weeds and a little dirt, as if the body had come from a tomb?
Now, the open eye and the moon on the Zhivago's hand could be also a hint

Again i say long time no see but the man was a very very rich and powerful one you make enemies when your at the top..
Kenji's Investigations.
1- Edmund was atrociously calm when Johnny was coming to him about being stalked, but thats edmund very calm very intelligent almost cocky about being too safe..
2- excuse my horrible detective work but the man who did it we all got a look at him and we all know its a vampire, facial tattoos and one hell of a glove for a weapon and apparently a liking for cowboy bebop..(*snicker*)
3-The glowing intricate working of the glowing hand and glove looked to be like an angel im taking a wild guess at Johnny's long lost wife he tried to write something but ether the wind took it away or he tossed the paper but it dosnt seem logical because any one who would throw a piece of paper balls it up and tosses it
well thats enough of my second rate detective working

I need to go a bit deeper, but there is a bit in the air still-
If Rosalie is dead, which I believe was the case, and that is in fact her ghastly hand in the last panel, then one might assume Johnny could return as a ghost as well. His final words were "Not like this, not yet" There was also "Gino, I'm sorry" But I can't discern if that was spoken or written. With the former words, it seems to elude to unfinished business, which we all know ghosts to hinge on.
Next up- On Edmund's way to the Mansion, he was carrying a manilla envelope, and mumbling on about doing the legwork. Though, when he found out about Gambino's death, he said how they still have to find Gino. So if the information he was carrying wasn't regarding Gino- Then what had Edmund researched for his old friend?
I'll take another pass after I get some gaming in. I needs the break, sorries.

The assassin can just as likely be irrelevent to the overall scheme, as he is almost as likely to have been hired. I say almost because he seems too powerful to be interested in money. That would make him a lackey to someone more powerful than he is. Either way he's just a tool. One who I think we're likely to see again.
*edit*
excepting of course for the two clues he gave us. His glove, and his likely status as a vampire.
