Here's a disclaimer- I am a pretty big Mello fangirl. The only character who I ever loved more from Death Note was L (for obvious reasons. He's freaking awesome!). Now, I was always pretty pissed at the way he was underestimated by almost everyone, the sad way he died, and how Near said he liked Mello, but showed absolutely no emotion when he died (not that I should be surprised- he's borderline autistic, he's so emotionless and antisocial. Not insulting any autistic people, I'm just saying).

So in my favorite characters' honor- L, Mello and Matt- my favorite quotes from each.
