Appearance: Lanky black hair that trails past his shoulders. A white overcoat covers up his arrancar uniform, with loose white pantsand shiny black boots. His eyes are a deep violet, with the remnants of his mask forming a monocle over his right eye. That is also where he fires his Cero

Personality: Quirkly, loves to modify things to make them better or grotesque depending on his mood. He is also quick to anger when questioned too many times.
Arrancar Abilities: Master Swordsman, a slightly quicker Sonido, Hierro, Enhanced Strength, Great Spiritual Power, Cero
Zanpakuto Name: Pinza Acido (Acid Pincer)
Zanpakuto Appearance: A chinese broadsword with rings on the top of the blade.

-Abilities: A full transformation. The only thing that doesnt change is the torso area. Hollow armor forms pincers over his arms,over his face to form scorpian like pincers, and it trails down his back to the bottom of a scorpion with six legs and a armored back. The rest of the hollow armor forms a tail with the stinger tinted green. His strength increases, his sonido is faster, and he is able to leap higher. The stinger is coated and contains a highly corrisive acid. If it grazes the opponent the acid begins to eat away immediatly. He can also fire it in a concentrated blast.
Mask: In normal form its a monocle of his right eye. In released form it covers his mouth to form pincers.
Bio: Vigia doesnt speak of his past. However, he was a Menos for a long time which is why he took the position of Overseer. When he was a human, long time ago, he was a scientist then as well. A chemical explosion destroyed him completely. As a hollow, he was extremely violent, always looking for a meal whether they were dead souls or living. His Menos years were fuzzy, but now that he is an Arrancar he has calmed down some.
