Info: Kile used to be just human, however, an accident involving the night pirates in Torus and Sky totaled his arm which was later experimented on by Prof. Psycho. Now he stays mainly in the town and acts as the sheriff. Because of his.... accident... he was given a dog to train for police work. Because that dog has since grown old and is rather bad, he has a new dog to help as well. The older dog is in the picture.
