Well if Kane would stop letting himself go and pick up his game, WWE might consider pushing him. I mean after all, Kane has been almost been around as long as Taker and he needs to get his mask back on so he can get back that 'Big Bad Red Machine' feel to him again. Right now he's just this Kane that was cut down a peg and is getting soggy, like soggy cereal.

In 2002, Kane began feuding with Kurt Angle, who he lost to at WrestleMania X8.[33] On March 25, the WWF was divided into two brands, Raw and SmackDown!, with Kane being drafted to Raw. Kane went on to feud with the New World Order until tearing his biceps. Kane returned to the renamed WWE as part of the Raw roster in the summer of 2002.

Think about it the most notable thing he has done in WWE since losing his mask is...nothing really cept that See no Evil. WWE has tried to push Kane and he just can't keep people interested anymore since losing his trademark mask. The Kane vs. Kane thing was pretty cool, but I thought it would have ended with Kane putting his mask back on.

Put him in a feud with someone and bring back the inferno match. It didn't kill MVP....it won't kill anyone else.
