It's a new song by t.A.T.u., the Russian Euro-pop/Rock/Electronica band. It's about Yulia being a prisoner in a concentration camp. Lena is the military commander (or whatever her role is in the video). Yulia takes a shower-her final shower before she gets killed. Meanwhile, Lena changes into her military uniform.

In the end, Yulia is chained to a pole, and is shot to death.

The video and song are against war and abortion, since Yulia was pregnant when the original Russian version (Beliy Plaschik) was made.
