RULES & GUIDELINES
Please abide by our simple set of rules and guidelines while posting in our guild. Failure to do so can result in a ban!
These could be changed at any time without notice, so be sure to check back often just in case.
Rules
- Follow Gaia's Rules & Guidelines , as well as their TOS at all times.
If a guild in Gaia doesn't follow these, the guild is at risk of being deactivated. All threads and information from that guild will be lost to us. Please read up on them quickly if you haven't already.
- Use common courtesy.
If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. We will not tolerate any flaming, trolling, arguing, derogatory language, racial slurs, etc.
- You must have permission to post other peoples work, and give credit where credit is due.
If you are posting something that you haven't personally created, we'd like for you to have permission from the creator to post it in the guild. Include credits whenever possible.
- Do NOT link or post instructions on where/how to get illegal downloads.
It is against Gaia's TOS to link to sites containing illegal downloads, as well as giving instructions on where to find them and how to use them.
- Do NOT double/triple post within 24 hours of your last post!
Not only is this really annoying in a small guild, but also unecessary. Keep in mind that you are able to edit your posts, so if you have more information to add and nobody has replied, just edit it into your original post. The only exception to this rule is making multiple posts in your own project thread as long as the extra posts are, or will, be used for the purposes of organizing information on the game. (Eg., 1st Post: Introduction & Info, 2nd Post: Characters, 3rd Post: Screenshots, etc.).
Guidelines
★ When in doubt about posting material, or where to post, please ask a member of the crew. (akinternetdramon, Camila Espia, Redforest)
★ Stay on topic and make sure you're posting in the right place! You don't need to mention your new dog in someone's project thread (or your own thread for that matter). Take it to the Chatterbox, profile comments, or messages. Spammy threads/posts will be moved or deleted!
★ If you're having problems with another member, let a crew member know so we can help sort things out (current crew listed below).
