William Draconis has always aspired to be one of the best pokemon trainers of them all. His taste in pokemon, however, some would consider to be a dream too far out of reach. Will prefers pokemon of the Dragon type, a rare and majestic, not to mention powerful group. Many other trainers and even some of Will's mentors tried to talk him out of this ludicrous goal, but none would sway the young trainer from his dream. He joined up in the ranks of Team Rocket shortly after starting his journey, knowing that the organization could help further his goal.
