that's a tough one. it kind of depends on what you're going to tell them and most importantly if you can trust them.

I'm hungry too. Some how, its like i forget to eat... which is shocking cause eating is one of my guilty pleasures....

its hard to tell if its safe or not, sometimes things like this help strengthen a friendship. Other times...well...you get the picture.
