Aitou had wandered aimlessly after she had left the strange Shaman a while back. She still hadn't the slightest where she was going, but something continued to bring her back in the direction of the strange, aggressive territory where she had met Haemon. Something unseen lured her back here...whether it be the wolves or the overall atmosphere, she hadn't the slightest.

But, she remembered that this place was dangerous, so she wandered just outside of the boarders, pacing them slowly while she waited for some sort of sign, something that she might be looking for. Whatever it was that brought her back here, she wanted to get it over with so she could move on and let it go.

Hell if she wanted to stay here anyway, it made little sense that she would stick around such an aggressive pack that might be a danger to her...not that she couldn't hold her own, of course.

A low, rumbling growl escaped her as she ducked her head down and curled around a corner of the border, tail flicking in an aggitated manner while her bright eyes settled on a far off location, unsure if she saw wolves or not, her eyes were playing tricks on her tired body.

Munin soared calmly every climbing in one of the thermals present over the densely wooded area that he now roosted in, ever close to the two wolves he and his brother Hugin had bonded with. Hugin did not really worry with which wolf he worked more closely with, however Munin felt more of a bond with Freki. The white saddled male was a little less hot headed than his brother and was far more observant thus making it somewhat easy for Munin to commune with. As usual the four of them were out patrolling the boarders, Geri have gone west while Freki has gone east, the brothers covered more ground by splitting in this manner and both could handle themselves alone anyhow with always the easy communication formed with Hugin and Munin, whom being air borne always had a rough idea where the other was within such a vast territory.

Munin caught a slightly flash of red and a tangerine and his beady eyes instantly focused on the creature. Taking a sharp turn left he dived out of the thermal and began to slowly come down towards the ground. Closer now he was able to make out the source of such colour, another wolf. Munin let out a loud announcing caw and plummeted downwards, breaking through the canopy of the wood. Without the thermal Munin had to now work to keep himself air bourne, beating his wings to carry him to were he knew the other wolf to be. Moments later he spotted the foreign wolf, foreign in the sense he did not personally recognise it and then looked about to find a suitable branch to perch himself upon. Spotting one, he beat his wings once to reach the branch and then fluttered his wings with enough force that he didn't smack into his landing destination, stretched out his claws and grasped the branch, folding his wings into his body. He cocked his head to one sided and blinked his beady black eyes and let out a final caw, signally to Freki that he was here.

Freki placed paw in front of paw methodically, he did not mind patrolling the boarders it gave him and his brother something to do to break up the monotony of day to day living. The pack had a lot of politics going on currently and he knew there were rumors of a coming war which excited Geri but Freki had a feeling there were more pieces to play in this game before a war took place. Either way Freki wanted something to occupy himself with and keeping the boarders secure did not really stretched his mind much and though he loved his brother dearly he did not really provide him with the conversation he lusted after. Haemon was an interesting creature but the rift that had formed over the years would not allow for pleasant conversation, perhaps he'd simply have to make more time to get to know more of the pack members.

All these muses were finally broken by Munin piercing call and instantly a small dark smile played upon his lips, perhaps boarder patrol wasn't so boring after all, one could only to hope. Casting his eyes upwards through a break in the canopy Freki watched with emerald eyes the raven soar off to the left, just over the boarder and thus Freki turned and followed setting off at a looping rolling gait. Moments later a second caw followed, signally to Freki that Munin had the wolf in his sights below the canopy, no doubt the raven was perched watching it, perhaps fluttering from branch to branch silently following it. The call did not sound to far away now and Freki eased his pace.

Coming to the edge of the boarders Freki spotted what had caught the attention of Munin. Emerald eyes came to rest upon a pretty female wolf and one Freki recognised; it was the female which had left Haemon's den some moons ago now. A small smile played upon his maw as he wondered what brought the female back her now however. Freki did not fear the female, though of a same sort of size as himself, not being anything but of average size himself, Freki had years of battles behind him and knew how to handle himself and more to the point it was her that was vulnerable here, bordering on the Reign's pack lands. He walked forwards easily and met her eye to eye and the small smile slipped up one side of his maw as his dark voice caressed her ear, 'Well well, whatever brings you back here; was my son's company really that good?'

The crow didn't seem to startle her at all--actually, she hadn't even noticed it up until it landed not too far from her and released that rather irritating caw once more. Aitou never had liked crows--or birds of any sort, actually. They were all...beady and breakable. It just bothered her, especially since they mad nasty meals in her opinion as well. So, when she was cawed at, she wrinkled her nose and snarled towards the vermin.

However, she didn't have much of a chance to harass the bird further. Instead, she lifted her head and flicked her tail when she heard heavy footsteps, eyes narrowed as the male approached.

He almost looked familiar. However, the markings were incorrect...but his composure was very similar to someone she knew...and it didn't take long for her mind to settle on the wolf. Haemon. How odd. Frowning at Freki, she pressed her paws against the ground, the fur along her back standing on end in a defensive manner. However, she didn't puff up completely, nor did she change her stature into a fighting stance. Instead, she remained standing tall, overly proud, with her head held high. However, her tail dropped, showing she meant nothing by her cocky actions, and would prefer to not turn this into a fight.

"Your...son?" She questioned, glad that she wasn't currently wounded as she had been before. Her luck might not be as good this time if this male was Haemon's father.

"Haemon?" Aitou questioned, her own voice rather dark, though she obviously couldn't manage the malicious deep tone that he did--it nearly made her shiver. Maybe this is why she was drawn back--their voices held such darkness, similar to her own, and their actions, temperaments...

Aitou didn't know, but she wanted to find out.

"I...dont know why I came back," she muttered, still frowning. "I left and was lead back here unconsciously," might as well admit to it.

Freki let his eyes rest upon the tangerine female and watched as she puffed herself up in his presence, her head raising, standing taller and with an air of false pride. His smile darkened his face and as she rose in stature he fell, it was easier to attack when in a crouched position, easier to push of from the ground at force to either lunge or dart in a desired direction. Lowering himself to the ground he also tipped his head forwards protecting his throat with his own jaw and deadly set of teeth. The female had spunk he'd give her that but did she have sense?

He walked slowly and calmly towards her, this stance natural to him, he did not care if it seemed somewhat more of an omega-ish pose it worked well, as he had found in the past. Her voice was tainted with a question as she named the wolf she had last met with on these lands and he confirmed her guess, 'Yes, Haemon.' which was followed with a chuckle as she admitted that she had been draw back here unconsciously but in the same breath that she didn't truly know as to why she had come back. 'Something dark in your heart desires the temptations this pack offers perhaps.' He closed in on her and circled her looking her up and down unashamedly and then came to stand in front of her and looked at her directly in the eye.

Aitou watched him curiously, eyes narrowed as he lowered...which she somewhat recognized from previous fights she been in. That stance did certainly help with fighting...but..

The female spread her legs a bit, bringing herself closer to the ground as her head lowered to settle evenly with her body. Her eyes still narrowed, she stared at the larger wolf with untrusting eyes, wrinkling her nose when he came right up at her.

When they met face to face, she kept her eyes focused on him--not specifically his eyes, but him in general. She didn't back off, standing on the opposite side of his territory...but she had to admit he was intimidating. Much like Haemon, actually...but there was something else about him that intrigued her.

"Desires," she scoffed, never wanting to admit to a pack luring her into anything. "And what sort of temptations does this pack have to offer, hm...?" She would have said his name--but she didn't know it. Realizing this, she tried to think of if Haemon had said anything. Sadly, she couldn't think of anything, so she just remained at eye level with him, eyes widening slightly to make sure she could see every muscle twitch, every movement and every change of expression he made.

He watched her as she lowered herself to closer to the ground matching her stance though it did not seem an aggressive motion; merely a defensive one to match his own. Her eyes were keen and they followed him as he closed in on her. This female was different from Haemon’s current mate, she, at first glance, appeared a little more reasonable, less hot headed and more to Freki’s liking she had an air about her that suggested she was more than capable of looking after herself. He looked her straight in the eye once he was about a pace or two away from her and then after a considering look he gave her a quick wink and in a fluid motion he pushed his weight onto his right side lowering himself even further as if about to spring down to her left and then lunge at her but quickly he shifted his weight again to his left side and then stood straighten though with his weight still predominately on his left side he started to circle her, a grin twisting up the side of his face.

His eyes took her in now albeit rather absently and his voice came at her softly, much like Haemon’s it had a sinister sort of ‘creepy’ tone to them but it had an edge and his words were slightly growled at the end, ‘What sort of temptations that are on offer?’ He laughed and threw the question back at her, ‘You must have some sort of opinion on the matter or you’d not of come back here…’ He smiled, he was now about parallel to her, ‘Well, let me see… there’s blood, the Reign is feared by many and there are rumours of war on the wind. There’s power and position.’ He stated these with some interest himself but now he was rounded on her, closing the circle he had been creating he cut in and start to walk diagonally up to her shoulder. ‘There’s pain and punishment, perhaps I could help you pay for past sins, I have too many to pay for in this life now…’ He was at her shoulder now and he pushed his nose to her ear and his maw twitched wanting to twist his head slightly so he could n** her ear but he refrained and simply growled softly, ‘Or perhaps you’re here for lust.’

Aitou watched his movements closely, body steady and eyes unwavering. He was interesting to watch..moved fluidly and held himself so highly. It was interesting to see, though she had seen many cocky wolves throughout her lifetime. What made her think this male was any different?

He obviously knew what he was doing. That's what. The other males all swaggered and swayed, never rolled with the punches so to speak. But this one...

Straightening up as he did, she was rather small--a bit bigger than her mother, but still small for a female nowadays. She had yet to run across many that were smaller than her, at least. She didn't bother twisting and turning as he circled her, tail flicking in slight irritation while he examined her. The wink had nearly thrown her off enough to snap at him, question what he was doing--but she was far too intrigued at this point to snap or snarl. But her body told her to do otherwise, it was difficult to fight off.

As he approached closer, more into her personal space, she cocked her head and eyed him as best she could. Aitou wasn't scared--nor did she care about making full-on eye contact with the male, as disrespectful as it was, she threw caution to the wind. She could hold her own if something went wrong. "Seems to me that you are the one lusting," she cooed cruelly, the fur running down her spine still standing on end in warning that she wasn't frightened of him, rather that she was ready to fight if he dared make a wrong move. "Though, I must admit, this pack is...interesting," powerful. Power hungry...she liked it. And this male she liked even more.

"What's your name?" Aitou finally caved, curiosity getting the best of her, "I assume you already know mine, if Haemon has spoken of me." Though she was curious as to how he recognized her as the one his son had been with in the first place, since she didn't remember running into other wolves..even as she left Haemon, she had kept to herself and made sure not to get in anyone's way.

Freki stood close to her, not pulling away from her and he soaked up her gaze as she twisted her head and stared defiantly back at him, powder blue fused with emerald green and he held her stare unflinchingly and then finally he shook his head and stared at the ground chuckling darkly to himself, now if that wasn't something to drive a male mad he didn't know what was. He admired strong females and though he had seen that in a fair few females in his time it was often tarred with some other undesirable characteristic. So far Freki hadn't noticed untoward within the female but it was early days yet.

He lifted his head again and twisted his head slightly to look at her from an angle, as if his gaze slipped down the side of his face onto her, suggesting he was looking down at her then he smiled at her but there no warmth in it and it twisted at its ends. He rolled his head around and pressed his cheek to hers and as he spoke his lips brushed hers, 'I lust for a lot of things, my thirst is insatiable...' He held still and moment to let his words sink in and then just as quick as he had leant into to her he pulled away and strode forwards to come to stand in front of her once again, still as ever lowered slightly to the ground, muscles bunched, should he have need to move quickly.

'Not so hasty my pretty.' He smiled at her, 'My brother and I are the keepers of the boarders of this territory and as such we make it our business to know who comes and goes.' At that point he caught her gaze and slowly moved his own up to Munin whom was watching from the branches above, he lowered his gaze back down to the females again and proceeded. 'As for Haemon, no he never spoke of you, so no, I do not have the pleasure of your name...' He words faded leaving only the question hanging in the air.

Aitou stood her ground, just watching him and bristling. Her muscles were tense, and her hair was spiked, but she didn't feel the need to snap at him...yet. Not yet. He just seemed curious to her, if not a little maliciously curious, but...

When he didn't answer her question, she frowned and furrowed her brow, frustrated. So, he was boarder patrol. She expected that since he and his brother were out and about the boarder, but she decided to not be a smart a** about it.

Lifting her head a bit, to take a long sniff of the air, she was interrupted when his cheek met hers and her lips drew back into a silent snarl. With her ebony lips bared, she listened to him...of course not taking to heard his new 'nickname' for her..then released a heavy breath that she hadn't even realized she'd been holding when he pulled back. Anyone that close to her head made her uncomfortable, and from what she could feel he had been just as tense as she had been.

"Aitou," she gave in quickly, just wanting to learn his name so either she can remember him as an enemy, or possibly a...friend? No. Acquaintance at most, she suspected, if this all went well. And not the way that she was playing it out in her mind.

"And yours?"

Freki chuckled to himself and swayed his head in amusement, she was blunt and to the point, an admirable quality and one he admired in a female, to many to took long to do anything, whether they over planned or were just to dense he did not know and honestly didn't care. However she needed to relax in his company if this meeting was to go any further and he smiled at her, though it was not a comforting gesture, nothing from Freki ever was, everything always had an alternative motion, another darker hidden meaning. 'Aitou' he repeated the name, rolling it about on his tongue savouring it staring at her the whole time, his head slightly tilted his emerald eyes simmering from below his brow and a grin playing upon his maw. He said it again softly this time, like a whipering caress, 'Aitou' and he winked at the female and then drew back from her a little. He stood a moment, creating an extented moment and then his grin flicked up his maw a little more, 'Freki.' His grin remained and he allowed her to look at him from his current position, place the name to the form then once again he stepped in to her.

His nose didn't touch her ear but it was mere inches away from in as he elaborated, 'it means ravenous.' his grin remained and then slipped down again to a small ripple of a grin as he walked by her, this time he did not circle her he walked by her and continued walking and from over his shoulder he informed her, 'You are free to enter into the Reign my pretty, whatever it is that brings you back here you are free to search for, if it was Haemon you were looking for he has taken a mate , not long after you left in fact.' He smiled to himself and added provocatively, 'You couldn't of been that good then and in which case I myself will not linger here, I have other things to see to.'
