Basically, it's working out different muscles for 90 days. BUT. When you do the weight lifting, you do it in reps until you can't stop.
12 on hard weight 6 on a killer weight 20 on hard weight- burnout
If you can reach 20 on the burnout you're doing it WRONG. The point is for muscles to fail. D: Always hurts.

That sounds incredibly dangerous. It sounds to me like you're going to stress you muscles out too much and that can have some really bad side effects: http://www.hghtalk.com/general/can-working-out-too-much-be-bad-for-you/

In le college of physicale education! It's safe, they assured us. We don't go too long. 30-45 minutes of it, with plenty of rests in between reps.
I'm just so sore 'cause I'm so freaking weak. D: I'm not used to moving my muscles so much.

In a safe setting that sounds good. I don't think that's something that people should do on their own. BTW Fairy, you're a bathtub.

That actually sounds awesome.. Since building muscle is, at the, like, theoretic/organic level, basically, forcing the muscle to tear and rebuild itself stronger... It's like speeding up the process. ITS LIKE A CHEAT CODE.
Hot damn I wish I had a membership to a gym, I would so do that. Good luck, yo.
