Levud Hes so cute! I remember when my black lab was that small smile So out of curiousity, have any tricks for potty training at his age? I don't think he should go out with the other dogs, but I seem to be the only one in the family that thinks that. The other two dogs seem to be a distraction to him. Although the snow today didn't help either.

Very Cute pup, kinda reminds me of my dog when we brought her home, she just kinda dropped on the bed we bought for her and got comfortable for a while. Though seeing a pup look quizzically at 3 budgies was some of the most fun I have ever had xd

And he plopped down on the carpet mat before anything else before he realized he liked the beds, but he ended up choosing the bed in the picture that belongs to our Bichon Frise. XD She seems to share it with him just fine though.

Maybe mispelled but regardless, My dad had 2 birds in a cage and had one with him outside of the cage the majority of the time when we first got my dog, so seeing a confused puppy and a really friendly bird was hilarious I must say. Huh, any animals I have had rarely liked sharing. my Dog and cat right now fight over the recliner like a brother and sister bickering over the remote, good animals just wacky. Though I digress it amazes me that a dog would share her bed with a pup, quite amazing, from my experiences at least.

I don't eat animals that in our culture would be deemed wrong to eat. Though I don't see anything wrong with eating any creature as it's obviously natural and we eat cows which people in India would be like, "WTF! I'm gonna kill you!" you know?..

Though I don't see anything wrong with eating any creature as it's obviously natural and we eat cows which people in India would be like, "WTF! I'm gonna kill you!" you know?.. It's actually not entirely natural. Our bodies were never meant to eat this much meat. That's why it causes heart disease and a lot of other problems for us. We also have trouble digesting meat, and it sits and rots in our intestine. Omnivores in the wild don't eat cheeseburgers. They usually eat fruit, vegetables, roots, sprouts, nuts, bugs, and maybe the occasional egg or small bird. And that's probably more along the lines of what our bodies are designed to handle. But a vegetarian or vegan diet (when done right) can be very healthy too and are healthier than the average American meat-heavy diet. Totally off topic, but I had to throw it in there. xp

How can not eating natural creatures be healthy? It's the additives and mixtures that we add to the meats that create problems, but eating meat plain just doesn't taste good and that's why we add that stuff. We do it to ourselves. Now, back on to topic like you said. XD.. Yes, that dog is very hug able.

Valgex Vegetarians though have to eat those pills to get proteins and stuff that meat eaters get from eating meat. Sure, some vegetarians take vitamins. But not all do. That's because a balanced vegetarian diet contains everything that humans need, including protein found in beans. And many meat eaters take vitamins too. So they're not a vegetarian only thing, or even a vegetarian requirement. They're for anyone who just wants to make sure they're getting everything, pregnant women, children, people who are taking medications that can leech nutrients from their body, etc. Valgex How can not eating natural creatures be healthy? Just because something is natural doesn't mean it's healthy for everyone. Animals all have different digestive systems and dietary needs. And that means what is healthy depends on who we're talking about! Fruits and vegetables are natural and healthy for some animals (like humans, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc.) But animals who were designed to eat meat (like lions and tigers) probably wouldn't do well on a diet of fruits and vegetables. Our bodies are not designed like a lion's body. Our bodies are actually built more like herbivore bodies than they are like carnivore bodies. So a simple look at our body suggests that we are meant to have a plant-based or mostly plant-based diet. Valgex It's the additives and mixtures that we add to the meats that create problems, but eating meat plain just doesn't taste good and that's why we add that stuff. We do it to ourselves. That's somewhat true. Meat often does contain a lot of hormones, pus, and bacteria. That stuff gets there because factory farms (where most meat comes from) are dirty places, and the animals are often kept on antibiotics. But that doesn't mean that meat is healthy even without that stuff. A little meat isn't necessarily going to kill you. But most Americans eat way too much of it. And most meat naturally contains a lot of cholesterol and saturated fat. Lions can handle it because they've evolved to handle it. But in the human body, that stuff clogs arteries. That's why heart disease is the number one killer in America, but it is not the number one killer in places where people eat less meat. In fact, in parts of Asia where people rarely eat meat, heart disease is almost unheard of.

I'm wondering though, when it gets close to bed time should we be waking him up so he'll sleep through the night or will that cause problems.
One other thing is that he was on my lap and pee'd on me in his sleep the little shitake mushroom. gonk
Another thing I'm wondering though, Bella (you can see her head in the top picture on the left) I nicknamed Shaggy. Chloe (a Bichon Frise) I nicknamed Fluffy. I wonder what a good nickname would be for him later. He's only just starting to respond to his name (a little bit anyway) as it is.
I doubt I should call him Fartknocker even though that fits the bill.
