Here's why you all didnt win, please read all of them, not just yours. Good tips.

Anat: It was between you and kitty, and i chose kitty because, frankly, you were late, and that had to have counted for something. I love the shading and joke, but it is just a tad messy. Slow down in your coloring next time?



L a u r e n - F r o g: You didnt win, but let me tell you why. You made a great chibi, full of your style and very cute, but it was just like any of your other pictures, standing around front and center. In order to make your picture stand out in the future, here's a tip (for everyone else too).

If the contest asks for something simple, go above and beyond and make it exciting, add something to it. It'll be noticed. Instead of just a chibi, make the chibi doing something. (the heart bubble is nice, go a bit further.)

Replay_My-Love: real funny XD i like the pose. Try coloring it next time.

beautiful-tyrant-12: You get extra points for having more than one chibi, but it does look a bit messy (last minute, eh? XD) i love your scenario, hilarious, but i'm afraid it dosnt make it. Try inking it next time?

and Aos Altair: You are obviously a more experienced artist, so i'll have to judge you on a higher criterion. if this was a contest based solely on how the pictures look you would win hands down. But in this contest its not just skill, its creativity. Try going for something more than just standing around in the future. (ps, i love your style. XD)

And now here is why kitty won:
Cute chibis, relevant topic, and a background! Talk about above and beyond! She obviously put thought into this picture and planed it before she drew it. ANd I dont think she has a tablet. Though not as aesthetically perfect as Aos', or as funny as the beautiful tyrants, it shows effort and creativity. Kitty, you get the cake, and it is not a lie.
