Hey guys! So sorry I left you high and dry but now I'm back, at least until April when I have to start school again... crying Anyways, I was hoping to get ideas or suggestions on how to improve our guild. I know we need to build up our topics but I am willing to hear what you guys would like to see. 3nodding Meanwhile I am still in the process of trying to complete one comic. I am pretty bad at sticking to one comic at a time so I am going to try to force myself to finish at least one before I start school again at the end of April. I'll try to post updates of my status when I can on my blog. Feel free to pester me to complete it all. XD

I would also like to apologize for my absense; school, work, girlfriend, boyscouts, martial arts and everything else ate up my time pretty well.
I also haven't drawn ANYTHING since around October and it doesn't help I recently broke my dominant hand (just got the cast off today) So my ambition to draw has dramatically decilned.
BUT!!! I am still an avid writer and will, once my free time opens up just a bit more seeing as I am done with boy scouts, be writing a new story (manga) for a friend of mine who is a great artist, so I will be focusing on writing more and more, but hopefully concentrate on my own manga ideas as well, and help ourt any others with writing advice and help.
I also still am interested in finishing the banner ideas but my lack of art is the issue, so if anyone is willing to pick up where I left off please let me know.

Ricey! Glad to see you. lol Glad I can count on you to reply! lol It's ok, looks like we've both been busy. XD
Oh wow, I have drawn but not very much. Oh no, that's horrible to hear. Glad you got the cast off but hopefully it'll heal more and be usable for you soon. lol That's fine as long as you're active that's good enough for me. lol
Ohh sounds good! You got an artist as a partner? Awesome, can't wait to see what you guys come up with. I need to focus and get mine done too...XD
Ah I think I'll take that upon myself. No one besides you and me has really been active. Plus since you can't draw much I don't want you to hurt yourself so I'll do it. ^_^

Ya lol, I'll have to re re learn how to draw, and I'll be honest I was never too good in the first place but that's also do to my lack of practice and dedication sweatdrop
But I am still nice and strong on my stories. Luckily though I can stay focused on my stories very easily razz

O and my school musical is starting up so I'll be getting home way late, so no work on art (I swear the day I have free time the world ends) But I'll be on the forums daily.

@Ricey: lol I know what you mean, I needed to practice too and am still not very good.
Stories are fine, a good story keeps a reader. While visuals are nice I like a good story to keep me reading.
LOL Sounds busy, no worries though! I completely understand! Glad you'll still stalk the forums though!
@izuna: That's a good idea! I may do so, or Ricey can if he wants. I want to build up some more threads but haven't exactly had time to do. Thanks for the suggestion, I will definitely consider it!

Well my musical has started biggrin will be doing the 2nd of 7 shows tonight. biggrin
And about writing the story for my friend, apparently they want me to write a novel and just make a few pictures for it (not a comic I beleive) And Im not a book writer kind of guy razz
I'll stick to writing out storylines for my own ideas for now.

Ohh novels are nice, I tried once but didn't finish, only half way through then I picked up comics. lol Yeah novels are another sort of dedication. Are they willing to negotiate to doing comics?
lol Yeah, probably a good plan. I'm trying to as well. ^_^

I'll see but who know lol.
You guys just need to learn a little dedication and finish some ideas wink If I get any crazy ideas I learn to either try and forgot them to stay dedicated to old ideas, or merge them into exsisting storylines. So i can stay focused on a few stories and not a ton of them at once.

LOL No kidding. XD Oh merging them into existing storylines is a good idea...I should do that....LOL Anyways, I'm already sketching a lot of the page. I want to sketch it all out first before I get too dedicated to penciling the pages. School starts in a month!! Nooo!!!! And starting next week I have to get up super early! Not looking forward to that... crying

Well spring break is coming soon so hopefully, I'll start writing soon, and I'm going to MAYBE start picking up my pencil again and give a whack at drawing.
Have some ideas for the forums for daily/weekly activities to try out to increase activity of members (see if they work first) then start advertising the guild once we have banners and stuff.
