COME ON GUYS!! COME ON!!!! I have searched EVERY genre in the subforums even the "other music" genre and yet still......I have not found Lamb of God anywhere...LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!! WHAT THE HELL MAN?! Sorry for the caps lock but damn I know they are not the most popular band but they deserve some credit because in my opinion I believe they are one of the most creative and unique metal bands around....and when I find that they aren't listed at all in this whole entire guild it just makes me want to scream....LAMB OF GOD IS THE s**t!!! At least I like to think so and again sorry if i'm being disrespectful but I can't help it i'm shocked that no one has listed them yet or even talked about them....I mean Lamb of God....those guys are the reason I got into metal in the first place and also they are my favorite metal band ever -o- to think...its almost like they don't exist in the world when I don't see them here *sigh* I know this guild doesn't name EVERY damn metal band in the world (that would be a little hard) but even so I would think that they would at least be mentioned once here and deserve some credit for they're music...again sorry guys but I am a HUGE fan =/ *sigh*

well whatever I will always stay loyal to these guys, they are different and aren't your usual kind of..."metalcore" band
besides they will always rock in my opinion....

This thread does not belong here. It belongs in the Other Music forum, where I am moving it to right now. This is not a metal band, as proven in the thread in the Main Forum.

Also, they do sound very similar to most metalcore bands. If you wish, I could list some mainstream metalcore that you might enjoy, since you seem to be a metalcore fan.

Lamb of God is about as mainstream as it gets, to be honest. They are in the "same league" as Bullet for my Valentine, but Silverstein is more hardcore from what I hear.

You seem to pick out the cheesiest of metalcore bands to compare Lamb of God to. You might try DevilDriver, Chimaira, Shadows Fall, or Killswitch Engage. Those bands sound much more like Lamb of God than say, Bullet For My Valentine which btw is barely metalcore as it is.

Bands are also not stupid just because you don't care for the sound. I DEFY you to play guitar like the guitarist from Bullet For My Valentine. Chances are, you can't. Because they guy can really shred sometimes. His vocal style or music may not be what you prefer, but they are not "stupid." They have talent, they worked hard, and they unlike most bands became sucessful. I can appreciate them for that.
