Come out, come out To see this marvelous wonder.
Animals of all kinds, Joining together.
Whether for help, Or conversation.
They don't seem to dislike others, As would be normal in the "Real World."
Will you take part in this, Or will you turn away?
To accept it, Or to mock those who do.
Come in, come in, And join in this odd gathering.

Shaking her fur out, Trintia walked along a path well known to her. Sure other animals used it, but their scents were always faint when she passed through it. Today, she was going to the lake. She loved to watch the waterfall cascade down rapidly only to crash into the waters of the great lake.
As she wove through the thick undergrowth, Ruuksha listened for any other animals. Although they weren't always hunting, she was still easy prey. Luckily her brown coat helped her blend in some. Even so, her pale eyes scanned the blurring scenery. If she could get to the waterfall, she'd be able to see if there were any predators around.

Anki moved throw the trees with a bit more ease then was even normal, of course he didn't fear falling or even the fact that a branch might just break. No one was smart enough to even try to eat him. He snorted the smell of water finally reaching his nose, It had been a few days since he even had a drink other then that found on a leaf or in a leaf for that matter. He stopped shaking off his fur the dew of leafs starting to weight him down and chill his skin. It was then that he got a wiff of the other ringtail. Slowly he climbed down to the floor his eyes trying to find the source of the smell.

With the sound of the waterfall now filling her ears, Ruuksha quickened her pace, her red-tipped paws digging into the soft earth. As she neared the clearing, though, the sound of some plants rustling brought her to a quick stop. Her ears flicked, trying to pinpoint the location of the new creature. It was then that she caught the scent. It was another ringtail cat. "Hello?" Her gentle voice called out. Her long tail waved behind her as she waited patiently for the other to show himself or herself.

Already Anki was going through ways he could get out of this he wasn't sure he wanted to talk to her however he was here so he figured why waste the time. Letting go he almost free fell to the ground to land with a semi graceful thump in front of her.
She was just a little thing and a good deal different then his looks. With a slight snicker he looked at her. "what is one so young doing out here?" He almost expected a older ringtail to jump out at him he wasnt trusted around kids ever, any species, he went over it in his head no there was no loopholes to that.

Ruuksha jumped back slightly in suprise as the older ringtail dropped in front of her. She blinked at his coat, different from her simple two-tone fur. "I'm going to the waterfall," her nervous reply came. She really hadn't interacted with other ringtails she she'd been seperated from her mother and siblings. Her ears flicked as she warily watched this stranger.

At least the child wasn't stupid. Already she looked almost ready to bolt at the first sign of danger. "Theres water near by?" Once again he was drawn to the thoughts of water, he had been out looking for it before she was sighted. He stepped a few paces towards the water then stopped at looked back. "well you said thats where you were headed to did you not?" if worst came to worst he could always throw her in the way of an attack.

((poor, innocent Ruuksha xD)) Ruuksha watched the male ringtail with curious wariness. She gave a nervous little hop, landing closer to the male. "'Course I am. Is that where you're headed?" She glanced at the black male with her naive, pale eyes. Her small legs shortened her stride, but she easily kept pace with the older ringtail. With her melon-pink and brown fur, Trintia knew she stood out. Even so, she continued merrily down the hidden path. Soon she was to the small little clearing and once again the sight took her breath away. The sun was shining through gaps in the canopy, casting beautiful glows over the cascading waters and forming rainbows everywhere. With an excited yip, the young coyote ran to the water before plunging in. Although it was cool, the water felt amazing and she paddled around for a bit.

Anki laughed, "Im heading where Im guessing your headed, Im willing to umm.... Assist you there." he started walking again no longer worried of weither she followed or not. He set a pace not all to fast he wasn't willing to ditch her just yet. His ears ready for anything that may show up.

((I'm worried as well xD)) Ruuksha laughed lightly, her tail waving behind her. She kept right behind the male, allowing them room in the narrowing path. Soon the rumble of the waterfall became louder and kept increasing in volume as the pair drew closer. Her ears flicked in anticipation as she awaited the beautiful sight of the tumbling water.

Already Anki's nose was twitching the smell was faint but there was something bigger somewhere near by. He glanced at Ruuksha out of the corner of his eyes just to make sure she was even there still. She seemed to show no signs of danger either she was slower then he thought or he was over doing it. Of course when he came in sight of the water the pink object floating around was the first thing he saw.

Ruuksha peered around Anki, finally catching sight of the waterfall. The cascading waters and dancing rainbows flowed into her senses and she smiled happily. That's when she saw the light pink and brown creature swimming in the pool at the base of the waterfall. Cocking her head, she tried to figure out what species it was from behind.
Trintia bobbed in the crystalline waters of the pool and waterfall. She let out yips of laughter as the fish swam by and tickled her treading paws. As she turned around to chase after a school of fish, she caught sight of two small creatures standing on the edge of the forest. Curious, she swam to the edge and pulled herself onto the muddy bank. There she shook out her fur vigorously and walked a little closer to the creatures.

As the form drew closer Anki was more and more sure she was a coyote not a fully grown one but still big, already his fur was puffing out a bit on his tail. First thought throw Ruuksha into the creatures sure to be hungry mouth and run.
Second idea was just to leave her where she stood. He was older and bigger sure to be faster.
Or finally he could stand his ground and hope it didnt get the best of him. Or that Ruuksha was easy enough just to run over to the creature. It wasnt like it was a threatening color like he was.
((he just basically thought of every way to use Ruuksha so he could get away D: I got a term for that))

((If only she knew...xD))
Ruuksha took a step forward, her nose twitching as it tried to decipher the scent of this creature from that of the water. She knew it was a coyote, but she was wondering if it had eaten recently or not. That mattered a great deal when you were small and ideal prey. Glancing at Anki she could see the tension in his muscles and his fur was beginning to fluff up. Her pale eyes darted back to the pale pink and brown coyote. Her gaze was wary but still full of curiousity. It seemed to radiate nothing but curiousity, no malice or hunting instinct coming from it at all.
Crouching down to the little ringtails' height, Trintia tried her best to look non-threatening. Her brown gaze watched each creature with intense curiousity. She'd never been this close to any ringtail, since most darted or hid when she came by. The dark one looked the most threatening, seeming agitated by her prescence. His tail was fluffing up and various emotions flickered in his eyes. The smaller of the two, a pale little thing, seemed to be curious about her as well. With a swish of her furry tail, she decided. "Hello," her yip was friendly and kind. Trintia's face crinkled a little as she gave a little canine smile. Without thinking, she revealed her teeth in this smile, showing sharp white resting in healthy pink gums.

((ahaha she doesnt get the thought xD but boy he just thinks of most of it))
Anki let out a bit of a growl as she beared her teeth of course if it came to a battle she would win by shear size of course she couldnt follow him into the trees and sure as he was Ruuksha wouldn't be as fast.
But the yip even as she showed teeth wasn't threatening of course even that could be a ploy just to get closer and then snap!
Ruuksha next to him couldn't have looked more curious she almost seemed to be edging closer, that's right thought Anki go over there, with a hard shove he pushed Ruuksha a bit closer. "well say hello to ummm our friend?" He snorted, "you dont wanna seem rude."
((now shes the test subjected D: ))
