Chapter 4:
I waited for Dr. Foncil to leave. I looked at the past elementals, and sighed. I noticed Jenny nod at Sophia, and it was her time to show her little-miss-sunshine spirit-self. She stood up. "Hey." the light elemental said. "HIYAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Jenny yelled, really loud. I covered my ears. "Get down before I kill yo-"
"My name, tis Jennifer. I like to be called Jenny becaue I like nny. Je or Jen just irritates me, ya know?" the guard looked at her, looking confused. My brother, who still I had no clue of, laughed. "SHUT UP." the guard barked. He frowned. I was still guessing he was like ten. I sighed, and waited for Jenny to go on. "You see, it'd be reaalll nice if I couldn ot bei n this dark, powerless room. Ya know, I'm a light elemental. Soooooo.... could you turn on the light? Doesn't your boss only want my power? What if I DIED?!?!!! Then. you wouldn't get my magic, would ya? Nawww... so, unless you folks want me to die, it'd be nice if you could turn the lights on." she crossed her arms across her skinny chest. The guard looked, and nodded. "You're right. I would hate it if someone did that ta me." she nodded once, and the guard flicked the lights on. Half of us gasped. This place was a dusty place filled with test tubes. I was thinking it was magic. "Siirr..." my brother whined. "What?!!?!'' the fire elemental stomped. "Is that your magic?" the guards froze. I looked down. My parents were blank. Sophia was Sophia, and Jenny still had a smile on her tan face. "Y-yes... I believe." his voice became less effective. ''I think so..." his hand covered the top of his face. "Wh-whoa." one of the guards explained.
"So much for hiding your powers." I said. I pulled some of my long black straight hair behind my ear. It was knotted up. Not to bad, though. Dr. Foncil bursted in.
"Who. Turned. The. Lights. On."
