Things to Know
- Please limit yourself to submitting two Cardians. If you create another one you like better than one of the two you've already submitted, you're welcome to edit your post and switch out. We are going to attempt to use as many as possible, so please don't take offense if one of yours is not used by the end of the arc!
- You do not have to own a Nega/Senshi/Student to participate, but only those with characters in the shop are eligible to receive prizes for participation (luna-p, pens, star candy) which will be given out at random. Abuse of Cardians or not following instructions/guidelines in this thread will result in GM controlled-death and the inability to RP any more Cardians throughout the plot.
- When picked, we will contact you via PM with the RP notice/request. You may only RP your Cardian in a designated RP after being notified by one of the six GMs. If you wish to create a Cardian and have no interest in RPing it, that's okay too! We will have the alien's RPer take control and RP the Cardian in your place.
Cardian Guidelines
- must be humanoid (meaning must have a human-shape; no giant squids or spaghetti monsters!). You are welcome to alter their appearance to fit a more alien/monster look (see Corsage, below), but they must retain a humanoid form.
- must have two reasonable powers or abilities, such as vine limbs, incredible speed, hands that squirt water. Examples of BAD powers/abilities would be things like having the strength of 20 men, being faster than lightning, being able to mind control, or turning things into chickens. If you choose to pick a power that manifests outside of the Cardian's body, please limit how much it encompasses - your fish type Cardian could reasonably throw a jet stream of water at a person, but not a tidal wave. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to PM any of the GMs.
- For RP purposes, when summoned, your Cardian comes from a card (thus the name) after being serenaded to life by your alien's flute. When/If they are defeated, they return to their original card shape, the image of the Cardian now blackened out.
When you are finished designing your Cardian, please fill out this form and post it in thread. If you need any help coming up with ideas, check out these two links for information on the canon Cardians used in the show. We will PM you when your Cardian is up to be used; once it has been chosen, it shall be crossed out.

Description: Standing at a towering 7 feet tall, Corsage is a rose-themed Cardian. Her head is a giant rose, her eyes are not visible, though it is assumed she has a pair (as she can walk straight) as well as a giant gaping mouth filled with sharp teeth. She possesses a humanoid body that is made entirely of plant-like texture, with two long vines for arms and a long vine-like tail. As she walks, she constantly sheds red rose petals. She absorbs energy through her vine limbs.

Power/Ability One: Vine Limbs - Arms and legs are made entirely of thorn-covered vines and can extend themselves out at an abnormal range in comparison to the average human's arm length (see image ref!). Also good for wrapping around things.
Power/Ability Two: Petal Rain - Corsage can create a blinding flurry of rose petals that lasts for up to one minute. Used as an escape route or means of distraction, and causes no harm or pain.

And, as Corsage has already been featured in the Destiny City Park battle, her form would be crossed out.

Description: Looks like an anthropomorphic cat. ((All furry but walks on 2 legs and has a fluffy tail and cheeks. Short human hair.

Power/Ability One Hair Cloud - Nyan flop sheds to create a distracting cloud of -fluff-, Dander, and cat fuzz in order to make a clean get away while people cough, sneeze and are otherwise fuzzed.
Power/Ability Two: Unnaturally flexible. Nyan can bend in a way that would bring Yoga masters to tears of pure envy.
Good for tripping people or wrapping around them though unable to stretch beyond its 'natural', if unnaturally bendy shape.

Description: Appears to be a scared lost little girl with innocent blue eyes, blond hair and wearing a large panda backpack. In truth they are a single entity and are both 'stuffed' despite Fannie's realistic appearence

Power/Ability One Fannie's Distress - Fannie can cry at the drop of a hat, the volume and pitch of this can ramp up from 'normal child' to 'capable of breaking glass with a single distressed wail.
Power/Ability Two: Orf with her Head - Orf is not actually a backpack, he's part of Fannie - He's the part that bites. When in serious danger Orf n' Fannie turns around to let Orf be the face in charge. His head acts almost like a flip top revealing multiple rows of sharp serrated teeth and a long flexible tongue which he uses to try and real in offenders.

Name: Hammer
Description: Having an all silver and metallic humanoid body, she is of taller height with purple beaming eyes and a very large-round forehead. Her body is incredibly tough and shiny as well as heavy. Her hands are three times as big as they should be and when clenched together resemble a hammer.

Power/Ability One Smash smash - It is exactly as it sounds, when the enemy is close enough she'll punch or smash in their direction. Unfortunately her speed and movement lacks when she's trying to focus and hit the target. But when she does hit- it hurts.
Power/Ability Two: Boom boom - When Hammer smacks her fist-hammers together a very loud noise rattles her opponents and everything around them, causing a great discomfort.

Name: Seiren
Description: A siren-themed Cardian that stands at a demure 5 feet. For the most part she looks like a human with silvery blue scales, but evidently has various bird features. Her feet are sharp talons and shimmering feathers cover most of her legs. She has nails that are strong and curved into claws as well as tufts of feathers that cover her arms. A pair of large wings also sprout from her back. She absorbs energy by grabbing onto her enemy with her claws.

Power/Ability One Deadly Screech: She lets out a string of high-pitched shrieks that can paralyze nearby enemies for a few moments.
Power/Ability Two: Flight: Her wings are large enough to support her body weight and give her the ability to fly for a minute.

Description: Short and hunched humanoid, obscured mostly by a brown trench coat and hat. Sliding his hands from his coat reveals they are really cameras. A sneaky Cardian, he gathers your soul energy through the pictures he takes (I'd assume he'd need to take atleast 5+ pictures to drain someone completely).

Power/Ability One Polaroid RAGE - Shoots a stream of Polaroid-esque photos out of his camera hands that cause.. mild irritation.. and paper cuts..
Power/Ability Two: Flashbulb - Produces a bright and blinding flash of light. Like staring into the flash when a picture is taken. Makes it difficult to see until your eyes readjust.

Description: She looks like a woman wearing a mediocre bear costume. Bear ears, paws and feet appearing to be tied on at the elbows and knees with ribbons and a rather loose hanging dress. The dress, arms and legs however can puff up with 'stuffing' giving her better defense. She sucks energy through squeezing people in hugs.

Power/Ability One Fluff and stuff - Whereever fabric covers her body, Teddifluff is able to puff up larger, making it more difficult to hurt her.. in those areas atleast.
Power/Ability Two: Bear hug - Teddifluff just wants your loveeeee. Hungry for affection she hugs anyone and her grip is stronger than usual and smothering. Can only hug up to two people at once. Escape is definately possible.

Name: Sikyatavo (Native American Hopi name translating to yellow rabbit.)
Description: A rabbit like youma, butter cream yellow with black points. It’s feet are almost comically large the ears are equally as large (they come down almost all the way to the ground). It also has a large fluffy tail. It stands on two legs but can run on four. -edit 3/2/10- (His face and hands look more like human hands. >> I forgot that. Also he's a very clumsy runner on two legs.)

Power/Ability One Ear Bind – Sikyatavo uses his ears to bind an enemy, if they try to struggle against the bind, Sikyatavo tightens his grip.
Power/Ability Two: Carrot Snaps – Sikyatavo throws small carrot bombs at his enemies, on contact of a hard surface they explode.

Name: Mandicord
Description: A Cardian based off of the mythical beast the Manticore. It stands at approx. 6 feet. On it's head it has the face of a woman with a mane of pale red hair resembling that of of lion surrounding it. It has a dark red fur going down it's body and has sharp dragon-esque claws on it's hands. It wears no clothing but it covered with the dark red fur. On it's back is a large scorpion tail of a similar red color. When it opens it's mouth it has three rows of sharp teeth.
Image (if available): Like a female humanoid version of this, but no wings.
Power/Ability One Roar - Despite having a female voice, it can pull back and make a deafening roar which causes others to cover their ears, making for either a getaway or getting in a strike.
Power/Ability Two: Poison Strike - Exactly as it sounds. With it's scorpion tail it strikes an enemy, injecting a paralyzing potion on its prey. Does not cause death.

Name: Beholder Description: red skin. Her head, while sporting pretty black hair tentacles, is actually completely smooth and faceless; her menacing face (eyes + mouth) are actually on her upper body. She has large and frilly sleeves and overskirt, but her upper body is scantily clad (or else you wouldn’t see her face. Duh.). Drains people’s energy by forcing her victim to constantly look at her face, which can take one minute to steal all their energy; humans can usually manage to stop watching and get away if she’s not holding them. Image (if available): therePower/Ability One Unsettling Stare – her eyes start glowing. If she makes eye contact with a powered-up individual, she can shock them for a few seconds. Can stun up to two people at a time (one per functionning eye), completely useless if nobody looks at her eyes, and is interrupted by attacks. Power/Ability Two: Hovering – there are feet under that overskirt of hers, but she moves twice as fast as a normal human when she levitates a couple inches above the ground. She can’t go any higher, but can freely use her legs to kick this way. Can't use both abilities at the same time. Would you be available to RP your Cardian?: yes~ ------- Name: Vespa Description: a woman with a triangular head and goggles on her forehead, reminiscent of the upper front part of a modern scooter. She has small wheels for feet, and 6 tailpipes in her back that exhaust gas. She's all blue, black and white. Image (if available): coming soon Power/Ability One Suffocation - all her pipes loudly exhaust a magical blue smoke that slowly burn the throat and dry the eyes when breathed. She has to stay immobile for it to work, and the gas dissappear once she moves. Power/Ability Two: Dodging - she's fragile, rather weak, and not as fast as a real scooter, but she has good reflexes and evasion skills. Would you be available to RP your Cardian?: yep yep!

Name: Dandela Description: Dandela is a dandelion-themed Cardian. She stands at about four feet and appears to be a small child from a distance. Her skin is pale green and her hair is composed of braided puffy white dandelion flowers. The stems make a green headband to hold her hair back. She appears to be wearing a big fuzzy coat, but upon closer inspection, she is actually covered in layers of dandelion spores and yellow dandelion flowers that grow from her skin. There is a thick puffy white collar around her throat that hides her mouth, but when she moves, her very creepy, very unfaltering smile is visible. Her eyes are all white with no pupil, and when she attacks, they glow. When she stands in one place for too long, dandelions start to grow all around her. Image (if available): Her hair is made of these, and she wears a shortened version of this as her outfit. The white spores grow all over her though, and she has a puffy white spore collar around her throat. Power/Ability One: Spore Sleep! -- Dandela twirls in a circle, gently releasing a could of white spores. There is nothing sinister about the attack, but if the spores are breathed in, the individual will fall asleep. Those closest to her are affected first, but the cloud can spread up to twenty feet around her. It is a slow attack, but because she is very unassuming looking, some are less apt to run from her until it is too late. After opponents have fallen asleep, Dandela continues to release the puffy white spores, slowly covering the target in a blanket of them. She is able to drain their energy this way. Power/Ability Two: Dandelion Rain! -- When under attack, Dandela floats into the air and sheds the yellow dandelion flowers that cover her body. The flowers rain down on the ground below her like very painful hail. If she is knocked out of the air, the attack will stop. She uses this to try to knock out her opponents so she can resume putting them to sleep and stealing their energy. Would you be available to RP your Cardian?: Yep yep yep!

Name: Dustiia
Description: Dustiia is a (rather dim-witted) Cardian who resembles a cross between a dust bunny and a playboy bunny. She has large gray lop ears, enormous electric blue eyes with no whites or pupils visible, long, curly white hair and pale grey skin with bits of grey fluff covering her in errmm.. strategic places. She also has fluffy grey vambraces on each wrist and a big, poofy bunny tail.

Power/Ability One Static Cling! - Able to generate static electricity in her vambraces and arms. When she touches two people, or one person and an inanimate object, she is able to create a cling effect that holds the two together for two minutes (or turns).
Power/Ability Two: Shuffle Shock! - By rubbing her fluffy self against, well, herself, she is able to generate enough static electricity to shock an opponent. The severity of the shock depends on how much electricity she's able to generate before someone catches on and distracts her.

Name: Seathe
Description: Small and petite, with a transparent figure and eyes so white they seem almost to glow, Seathe is a humanoid jelly-fish themed Cardian. Fully grown at 3 and a half feet, Seathe has a delicate figure and looks a bit like a child. This fragility is, however, countered by the presence of a protective bulbous head. Brainless, with a bell of transparent flesh the size of a basketball growing on his head, Seathe's hair is his deadliest weapon. 6 tentacles as long as he is tall extend outwards from the base of the bell.

Power/Ability One Numbing Touch-- Seathe's hair-tentacles are strong, thick and durable. Their primary ability is to numb an opponent. This is disorienting and uncomfortable, triggering feelings and symptoms related to the flu; nausea, headaches, etc. Also, if contact with the tentacles is kept for too long, this can lead to temporary paralyzation of a specific limb, rendering it useless until the numbing effect wears off. The numbing effect usually lasts for about 2 minutes, and it takes 3 minutes of constant contact for paralysis to settle in.
Power/Ability Two: Agility-- Bone-less and light on his feet, Seathe is not very fast or very strong, but what he lacks in speed and strength he makes up for in flexibility and reflexes. It also enables him to sneak up on an opponent.

Name: Amphibous
Description: Amphibous is short and squat with very large, bulbous eyes, which he usually covers with sunglasses to avoid funny looks. He has a particularly thick neck with several rolls of skin under his chin and long fingers. Despite his short stature, he seems to have abnormally long feet, which make it look like he's wearing clown shoes. His skin feels cool and almost slimy to the touch. Amphibious absorbs energy through his tongue.

Power/Ability One Wicked Tongue – Amphibous can use his tongue much like a frog to "ensnare" unwilling victims and reel them in.
Power/Ability Two: High Jump – Amphibous can jump 3-4x his own height (depending on what he's standing on). Usually used as an escape tactic.

Name: Felisia Description: In place of hair, Felisia sprouts rafflesia petals that sag around her face and end around her chest like a veil. Very little of her actual head is visible, and it's a wonder that she can breath. She has a demure presence, typically with her head down and looking as though she's trying to make herself shrink. This is not helped by her rather short and stout appearance. Her body is made up of slightly wilted vines that hang loose only at her hands. The only way she can absorb energy is through touch with her palms. Image (if available): Power/Ability One Burrow- Felisia is capable of hiding herself underground with only her head and petals visible. This is used mostly in in sneak attacks (well, as sneaky as a spontaneous rafflesia flower in the ground can get) or hiding in a forest. When she uses this ability, the vines of her body pull her down and kick up the layer of dirt surrounding her. She can stay 'camouflaged' for only one post at a time, and is immobile once she is buried. Power/Ability Two: Sour Scent- Felisia's petals release an odor that can reach up to ten feet away. The smell hangs around for up to three posts, and can make anyone who smells it disoriented and dizzy. The closer you are to the area it is emitted, the stronger the effects. This is not a passive ability, and can be used to a lesser effect/range when Felisia is burrowed. Would you be available to RP your Cardian?: Certainly!
