Four hundred years ago, when the world was still in the Middle Ages, these was a man mad for power. He was a skilled fighter and possessed inhuman and dark powers. His name Draka. His strength and power was unrivaled, and when he was just twenty, he took over the whole world. Slowly the people's hope was crushed and a dark era consumed the world. Until one day a brave young woman with immense powers of her own challenged Draka. This women was named Amaterasu. Using all her power, she created eight tiny spheres that possessed the power of Air, Water, Light, Sound, Fire, Darkness, Earth, and Animals. With those spheres, she sealed his body in one half of the world and his soul in the other half. After sealing Draka, Amaterasu died. The leaders of the world got worried that one day Draka might arise again. So they infused a small portion of the sphere power into eight men, and the sphere themselves were infused with Amaterasu eight infant and toddler daughters. When the sisters were infused they went into a deep sleep, light engulfing them in a white illuminated sphere. The girls were given the name of the Powers of the sphere they possessed. The powers are, Air, Water, Light, Sound, Fire, Darkness, and Earth. The girls' bodies were placed in special hidden tombs. And what happened to the men you ask, their powers were passed down every generation. The reason why they were given powers was because if Draka did arise, they'd be the only ones to wake up the girls and it will be there job to protect them. They were called Guardians. Each Guardian had one specific girl to protect and they will do anything to protect them. Also, the Guardians possess a special pendant that will glow if near a Power. Swirling black for darkness and white for light, blue for water, a clear crystal for sound, gray for air, red for fire, green for earth, and purple for animals. From birth, each generation is told the story and is taught how to use their powers to protect Her.

It is now present day; the girls are still in their deep sleep, and the Guardian are now regular teenage boys.The legend of the Guardian and Power is all but a myth now, and barely no one knows what it is. The Guardians don't even know who they really are, but occasionally through their life they have dreams of seeing the girls and sometimes hear them call out to them. The girls have slept through out time, but most might not remember anything if awakened, not even their name. After being awakened, it is their job to find their sisters at any cost. Now a cult has brought back Draka and he waits for the girls to awaken. This is where our story starts.
