R.I.P. 1.) At Sea World in Orlando, one of the trainer who was in her forty's died by the killer whale she had been training for almost twenty years.
The whale grabbed her pony tailed hair, and drowned her during the Shamu Show.
R.I.P. 2.) A singer in her late thirty's early twenty's named Eri Kawai, died from cancer.

I've heard of the first one. But not the second one.
I don't think it was during the Shamu show though.
