why am i a 92G becoming trained to be an 11B! is it because my MOS is fading out or they just actually need all the people they can get?

Suck it up buttercup. Fort Knox breeds real men, i piss naplam and s**t fire. I can hit North Korea with a missile by throwing it like a football. It doesnt matter what MOS you are, if you come from Knox you'll be so tough that the Tyranasaurus Rex will weep at the sound of your roar. You'll be so strong that flexing your muscles will cause the apocolypse that will end the world as we know it.
BTW every soldier is infantry first. Fort Knox is a Cav and Armor school. What the hell is a 92G? If memory serves thats a Support MOS

I'm a product of Fort Knox meself. C 2-46.
Wasn't really that much harder than I'd heard others speak of. Aside from the notorious "laidback" posts, anyway. We actually didn't do some things that others got to, though that may have been caused by our company closing down as soon as we graduated.
If you're talking about Basic, everyone gets in the same. If you're talking about AIT, it's because you're a cook. That's not ALL you'll be doing. In garrison, probably, but not field.
