(I tried to be creative... If you have a better idea for a tile by all means let me know. lol)
It was half past six in the evening. The sun would be setting soon. Victoria's hours were as wonky as her parents. She slept when she felt like it, she played when she felt like it, she studied when she felt like it... Everything was based on when she felt like it. Her parents having pretty much the same outlook didn't mind it so much as long as there was functionality and her education remained a priority. The only thing that put a damper on things was the fact that she had to be escorted everywhere she went. She was told it was the age thing...
"Is he here yet?" Victoria moaned as she looked over at her dad. She was getting tired of waiting for the boy who was coming to visit them at the cafe.
"Impatient?" Vlad chuckled. He understand it because he had been her age once. Everything was about the 'now' and how fast it would arrive. "Soon enough," he answered before she could reply.
"But, I'm hungry NOW," Victoria puffed up a bit and gave that look that normally got her everything she wanted.
Vlad was more than prepared for it. He was learning. "You'll just have to wait. He pulled out a chair for her to sit down.
"What if they get lost?" Victoria asked as she plopped into the chair. She wanted to be angry with her dad that she didn't get her way... But, it was her dad and even if she did succeed in being angry it would last for long so it was pointless.
"Give it up," Vlad rolled his eyes and sat down himself. "You know as well as I do that this cafe isn't all that hard to find. Your uncle has some common sense..."
Victoria decided not to answer. Instead she looked out the window. The street lights were starting to come on. She just hoped it would be that much longer.

How the woman had gotten a hold of him was beyond Roll but he was sure that the shop had something to do with helping people to find him. A call to his Dad's place, as it was the only number Roll had to give, and then the man getting in touch with him, and finally in a round about fashion he was and well here they were after long last. He wasn't sure what he thought about setting up a play date between kids mostly thinking that they should be able to figure things out on their own but... he had become more willing to show up when he'd heard the meeting was taking place in a cafe. Food was always a great way to get Roll and Leviathan both to do what was wanted of them.
"Try to be nice." Roll was saying as they approached the cafe, looking over his shoulder at the boy that was hanging off of him, his long coils wrapped around Roll's middle to keep from sliding down off of him since he had no legs to hold on with.
"I am always nice." He declared, which was a complete lie given how he'd acted around the last people his own age that he had run across but if you asked him that incident was all the fault of those other children for lying to him in such a manner as they had. He was completely innocent and still a bit grumpy over all of that.
Roll gave him a long look before finally nodding, "I suppose..." He said finally before the pair headed inside of the cafe.

"Is that them?" Victoria asked her dad when she saw the pair enter the cafe. They were seated fairly close to the door, and by the window closest to the main street.
"I believe so," Vlad responded. Victoria was proper and mannerly most of the time. But, she did odd things to get her way a lot of the times. Vlad could see this as being one of those times. He took the time to raise a hand to motion for the two just entering in the door. The last thing he needed was his little girl to stand on her seat and do the flagging for them.

Roll looked at the boy that was hanging off of him before he gave a smile to the pair that they were supposed to be meeting. He moved over to them and gave a smile, "Hello." He greeted them, "I'm Roll Delano and this is Leviathan." He motioned to the boy.
The boy wasn't paying any attention to Vlad, instead his eyes were on Victoria... and his eyes were a bit wide as he looked her over. This was who they were coming here to see? The end of his tail twitched a bit, his coils tightening around the man, and he seemed to be all that happier about this whole thing. At first he'd been in this only for the food but now that he knew there was going to be a Princess present, "Hello." He said, eyes on the girl, unblinking.

"Pleasure to meet you," he offered his hand to Roll, "I'm Vlad Song." He was learning how to be slightly more approachable since he had a child now. He just wouldn't admit to anyone how difficult such a task was.
"Hello," Victoria said as she cleared her throat. "I'm Victoria Ann Maria Song," she curtsied. Every movement she made appeared to be calculated. It made her seem to be years older as far as experience went. She turned her complete attention to Leviathan and batted her eye lashes. "Won't you both sit down," she giggled.

Roll reached out to take the other guy's hand, giving it a shake, "Great to meet ya." He said as he with his normal, bright smile. He knelt down to let the dragon boy slid down off of his back and onto his long, scaly tail.
Leviathan looked at Victoria as she introduced herself to him, Victoria Ann Maria Song...? His smile seemed only to get that much wider. Between the way she acted and her name, he was certain of it this girl had to be a princess! The end of his tail began to thump against the ground in a pleased manner. This was so much better then that false princess that he had met the last time around who had been named 'Roxy' which was far from a name a princess would have. This was excellent!
The tanned surfer took his seat first then nudged Levi to break the unblinking stare he was using against Victoria, "Sit, Levi." He told him, "No starring holes through the girl."
The blue and gold eyes of the dragon child blinked before he crawled onto his chair, coils wrapping around the legs of it and he just continued to grin, "You have an interesting name, Victoria. Very regal." He said, trying to get her to admit her royal lineage in a sneaky manner so she wouldn't know that he, as a dragon, would need to steal her.

Vlad pulled out the seat next to Leviathan for Victoria. Once she was settled he sat down himself. "Sadly, she makes it a point to be stared at," he sighed as he glanced over at Victoria and then to Leviathan. "You ever wonder what you've gotten yourself into at times?" He asked Roll.
Victoria glanced at the boys tail and then at her dad and batted her eye lashes. She giggled and played innocent. She knew she was being looked at and was going to milk it for all it was worth. She wasn't about to let her dad's statement spoil her fun.
Victoria sat up straight and then took a moment to remove the wrinkles from her dress. And, then another moment to fluff her curls. She glanced from the corner of her eye to the boy with scales. "Thank you. In a way I am named after my item... I think my dad was too tired to be creative that night I came about." She pouted just a little- entirely an act on her part.
Victoria only looked away from the boy when the menus were brought to the table. Knowing already what she wanted she didn't need to open the menu. She took the moment to open her napkin and place it on her lap.

Roll gave a chuckle, "I had no clue what I was getting into really, still probably don't. Ducked into that place to escape the rain that was coming down on my head. Kid named Kay kept me company while I waited and before I left gave me a pretty epic sort of gift." He glanced over at the one that he had been 'gifted' with.
The boy was watching the girl, unblinking despite the fact that he wasn't supposed to be starring. He was listening to the girl as she spoke and then finally smile at her. He seemed at the moment to be bedazzled by the girl, not wanting to look away though stealing her seemed the best option... though as he glanced over at her parent he found him wondering about him. If this girl were a princess did that mean the adult was a King? Or perhaps it was her knight? He clicked his teeth together in a thoughtful fashion.
The beach bum glanced at Leviathan as he gave that clicking sound with his teeth which meant he was plotting before he gave him a nudge, "Levi."
The scaly boy gave a jump before he reached over to pick up the menu, opening it up to stare at it, trying to find something that sounded tasty that was among the pages. Roll gave a smile before he followed suit.

"I don't think we'll ever fully comprehend what we've gotten ourselves into. Victoria's violin was gifted to me as well. But, not by Kay. Nice kid, that Kay, by the way," Vlad smiled.
"Silly," Victoria said with a giggle the moment the boy jumped from his seat. She watched with dual colored eyes as he quickly reached for the menu to further detour attention from himself.
Victoria continued her show of 'pretty'. She occasionally played with a curl or smiled. Every movement she made, down to her breathing, was calculate. She didn't take offense to the staring, frankly she lived for it.
Vlad gave his daughter a look as he smack his tail against his own chair. It wasn't loud enough to cause startle. It was something more private between the two of them that quietly said enough is enough.
Victoria looked away from Leviathan to glance at her dad. "Can I not play... Just a little," she batted her eyes and pouted.
Vlad rolled is eyes. What on earth was he going to do with this girl! She was ten and already had an art form for being alluring... He hated to think about the later years.

"I agree he was a good kid." Funny to the way that Kay went about copying the way that he talked when in a good and excited sort of way.
Leviathan was continuously distracted away from the menu by the girl, finding her to be endlessly interesting. The way that she was moving, acting, being... it all really made him believe more and more that she was a princess. He gave a bit of a smile, showing many sharp teeth, before he glanced down at the menu, "Want something with meat in it." He announced, he didn't really care about anything else in the dish, there were no foods he didn't like or eat, so long as there was meat!
Roll turned to look at Levi before he reached over to turn the menu to the dishes that would contain meat in them which brought a grin to Levi's face. The blond did his best to keep from laughing as he turned back to look at Vlad and his daughter, listening to what she was saying about about playing in a curious manner.

Vlad and Victoria both remained silent as the two across the table took a moment to look over the menu.
Victoria let out a silent giggle at the thought of the scaled boy attacking the plate with meat. She couldn't have been more delighted that all her efforts of being pretty were paying off.
Victoria continued to slowly bat her eyes, almost making it seem as if it was a common blink. More than twice her fingers twisted a curl.
Vlad more than wished that he had a curtain to put in front of Victoria. He knew what she was doing even if not else realized it. He sighed and decided that it was best to remain calm. If he made a scene it would just cause more attention on her...

Leviathan picked a meal that had steak as part of it, the end of his tail lashing as he pointed at it and gazed up at Roll, "I want this, as rare as possible." He told the blond man before his attention was back on the red haired princess across from him. He was starring, he couldn't seem to help it. There was something about princesses the mesmerized dragons, it wasn't as though it was his fault! They just had strange powers that they used against dragons, it just made those like Levi want nothing more then to kidnap those princesses.
He was tempted to just steal her now but since there were a lot of people around not to mention both of their parents well... it wasn't going to work out for him now. Later perhaps he would find himself in a better situation to be able to steal away the princess! His tail set to swishing at the mere idea of it.
Roll looked over at Levi, at what it was that he wanted to eat, then nodded finally, "Sounds good." He told him, giving a smile. So long as he was eating then he didn't really mind what it was that Levi was eating. He looked over at the girl who had his boy's attention solely on her and did his best to keep from laughing, was a little funny in his mind how Levi seemed to be watching her in an unblinking manner.

Victoria knew she was getting every bit of Leviathan's attention and this delighted her. She kept up her calculated, but natural body language for her. "So," she giggled as she wound a finger in her curls. "How about a game of I Spy while we wait for dinner?"
Vlad wanted to hide his face. He knew exactly what his daughter was up to. Instead he just rolled his eyes and sighed. He wondered if the other parent was in just as much worry as he was. However, he expected not since the man was raising a son.

Levi blinked then tilted his head to the side, "An... I Spy game?" He asked, sounding as though he had no idea what it meant. He'd never played a game like that before he couldn't say that he had ever played it or really even heard of it before now. The end of his tail twitched a bit before he finally asked, "What is that?" He didn't much like admitting that he didn't understand something because if you asked him he should know everything! Oh well, he would figure it out soon enough and then he would be the Master of I Spy as he was with everything else!
Roll did his best not to laugh, the look on Vlad's face was a bit amusing and made him a bit glad that the little monster he'd taken in was a boy. Must be so much harder to deal with a girl child since there were far more problems with them and more trouble that they could get into.

Victoria thought for a moment how to describe the game. "You pick something in the room. Once you have said item picked out you give hints to the other players. The other players have to guess until they get it right. And then the person that gets it right gets to take the next turn."
"So you want to play?" She asked as she twisted a finger in her hair as she look him in the eyes.
