In the very first room, the first thing you notice are the stacks and stacks of books lying about. The room is well-decorated with various artworks, and a wooden chest full of brand-new toys sits near an easel and a large leather chair. A bed and a bassinet form an l-shape along the back wall, where a painting of a lovely landscape mimics a window. There is a thick crimson rug on the polished wooden floor, and... oh my. It appears that there is somebody home after all.
The figure curled up and snoring on the bed is
Leonidas. A young, strong Streya, the lionesque male is tucked under a quilt, with one paw draped over the bassinet.

Leonidas is a rather lazy young male, preferring naps over anything else, but he is quite responsible and has a strong sense of duty. He is very brave and will always stick up for a weaker individual. He enjoys reading about far-away places and looking at maps. He dabbles with painting and has been known to use his tail as a brush.
The inhabitant of the bassinet is
Nigel. Cute, but still a star. He pulses gently from time to time, and although he makes no noise, a baby monitor is clipped to his bassinet.

Nigel is well-cared for by the male who considers himself an older brother to the little Streya. It is likely that the pair will remain close their entire lives.
