>Addy had been on her own allot of late, Rock wasn't around, though she hung out with Trovin when he was free. Sighing, peering at the lake, the ice having melted finally but it was still cold. Nudging at a leaf that was floating on the water while she thinks, trying to not be blue, she much preferred to be happy.
>Rockstar skipped through the forest singing a happy tune while winding in between the sparse trees. Spring had finally come. And so had something else, something new, and sweet and full of life. It was also pink. He squealed happily at the though of it. He still couldn't wrap his mind around it. "Father..." he whispered when he finished his song. He was the father of three BEAUTIFUL baskets. They had just arrived and he couldn't pull himself away from them. But Candy had insisted that he should go walk around for awhile. To remain sane. He chuckled at the memory. And began to sing one more song. "Like a runaway..."
>Addy lifted her head, hearing a familiar voice in the forest, looking round. Her spirits lifted instantly, Rock was always loads of fun to be around. Listening to his song, glad that someone was in a good mood, hoping hers improved rapidly, though she had no real explanation as to why she was down, maybe it was jsut being lonely.
>Rock's spirits were higher than the sky. He was a father, Candy was a mother, and they had a family. A beautiful family! His thoughts made his smile to a piont his face hurt. Nothing could ruin this for him, not even having been told off by Suichii! Then something clicked. "I still have to tell Addy!!"
>Addy figits trying to hear, the singing having stopped, looking round trying to guess what way he had been going
>Rock turned on his heel and walked further into the forest. He wanted to find her and tell her the good news! Now, having thought about it, he had not seen Addy in a few days. He realy missed her. He stood for a moment and wondered where she could be.
>Addy grumbles to herself. "Why did you have to stop singing you knuckle head" Her fighting making her step back a little too far, getting a cold splash of water all up her hind legs. Squeaking at the cold.
> Rockstar turned, he had suddenly heard a splash of water, followed by a sound that sounded to belong to Addy. He grinned and ran towards it. "Addy? Addy? "
>Addy looks round hearing her name called, now able to better gauge where it was coming from. "I'm by the lake...." Shaking herself off, feeling chilld now.
>Rock bounded towards the lake, hearing the voice. He jumped over a small long and landed on the bank. He looked over and saw his best friend. "Adddy!" he sang. "Its been so long!" He chuckled, seeing how wet she was.
>Addy nods and walks over, her front half dry. Nuzzleing him affectionately. "I missed you, I was here all alone lamenting the fact that I was alone and that you were not here to have fun with."
>Rock chuckled and ruffled her mane playfully. "Where is Trevor? Is he away?"
>Addy looks lost as he asked that. "I don't know a trevor..."
>ROckstar blinked, also lost. "is that not the name of your boyfriend?"
>Addy shakes her head, saying very slowly so he herd her. "T R O V I N" Never havign met her sister Linny, her mate being called Trevor, bt that was nothing she knew or would likely ever know.
>Rock blushed bright red. "Ack im sorry! I dont know why i thought it was Trever! My bad." He laughed nervously.
"Anyway," he continued clearing his throat and eager to jump the subject, "What have you been up to recently?"
>Addy shrugs not really havign been up to anythign interesting. "Nothing of any interest, mostly being alone and bored."
>"Alone really?" He frowned and bumped her playfully and whispered in her ear. "Has Trovin not been around to keep you...entertained?"
>Addy nods, and shrugs. "He has been but he also has things to do. I think he helps his mother out allot in the garden they maintain." Shrugging, it a lovely place so she could understand him being busy.
>Rock stepped back and looked at her. She had not laughed at his joke, or even told him off for it. "Addy, is something wrong?"
>Shaking her head again she gives him a smile. "No I'm ok.... I just start to worry if I'll see people again, especially when I've not seen them in a long time... Its just sillyness really I guess."
>Rock smiled at her fondly, worry glistening in his eyes. "Silly Addy..." He said softly and nuzzled her. "DOn't think such things. Im sure that you and Trovin will be happy together. If he skipps out on you i will personally kick his sorry behind. And anyway, I will never leave you!" He smiled and kissed her cheek kindly.
>Addy nods and nuzzled him in a hug, wanting to believe him, but she always had doubts, afterall of all her family she was the only one to be given away. That kind of thing was bound to make a girl wonder now and then. Sighing and hugging Rock for a while, glad to have him back for a while. "Yes I know, silly thing I am."
>Rock smiled and though of how much he loved her as a friend. Also most much as Candy and the..."Oh! I totally forgot what i wanted to tell yuo!" He burst out suddenly.
>Addy blinks at him startled buy the sudden burt. Steping back to look at him. "What was it you wanted to tell me?"
>Rock was nearly jumping with excitment, his face lighten up with a huge smile. "Candy was pregnant and the babies came yesterday! Three of them!!!"
>Addy blinks for a moment, this news somewhat shocking. Taking it in, clearly surprised by this news. "Babies... 3.... oh...." Taking a little longer to register this before stickign a grin on her face covering her shock. "Oh wow.... your a daddy!"
>Rock giggled with excitment and skiped a little. "I am so excited! Me? A father! Candy and I are so happy! We finally have a family!"
>Addy keeps the smile on her face as he says this, feeling a little like she had been kicked, especially the part about happy families* "Thats great Rock, I'm happy for you" That part was at least true
>Rock laughed and smiled at her. "I want you to meet them! Your auntie Addy now!"
>"Aunty A.... huh.." Still dazed, all this needing to sink in more, but nodding. "Sure, that owuld be great."
>ROck was thrilled by this, "Come come! Candy and the kids should still be in the clearing!" He quickly began to hurry off towards the snow-less clearing in the forest, where his children and his beloved were.
>Addy follows him, mostly on autopilot, some part of her still stunnd that he was a dad now... Shaking her head as she traild along behind him
>Rockstar trotted with a happy skip in his step. "There is one all plack, like me, one all pink like my lovely Candy and one half and half! I just know you will love them!"
>"I'm sure I will." Trotting after him, having to just to keep up. Glad he was so happy and excited, thinking his newly arrived family must be why she hadn't seen him for a while.
>Rockstar laughed and jumped over one more log and swerved between the last two willow trees and entered the clearing. A few spring butterflies flew up into the sky. In the center of the clearing were the three baskets and the small red filly Nerissa.
Nerissa smiled seeing her uncle and flicked her tail. "Candy left me in charge as she had something to do."
>Addy stops beside Rock, taking in the scene, looking from the foal to the baskets. They were pretty, but then to win Rock their mother had to be stunning. Smiling again. "They are lovely Rock, I can see why you are so proud."
>Rockstar nodded at his neice. "Thanks Neri!" He smiled and looked to Addy.
Nerissa cocked her head and flicked her ears at the other mare. "hello? Who are you?" She blinked.
> Addy smiles at Neri. "Aparently I'm aunty Addy now... Who are you little one?" Her definately not one of Rocks, looks nothing like him for startes.
>Neri smiled at her in a friendly manner. "I am Nerissa. I am the younger daughter of Selena and Suichii! Rockstar is just my singing uncle." She laughed and looked at Rock, "Can I go back to momma now that your here? We were playing a game you see...."
Rock smiled at her, "Go ahead ill take over watch duty." He walked over to the baskets and settled himself between them.
>Addy watches Nerissa go, getting another shock today. "Sel is a momma? Was I asleep for a really long time or did no one feel like telling me all the mews till much later?" Looking ovr at him so happy with his baskets and sighs.
>Rockstar began to laugh, nearly to a point of tears. "Haha yeah, i guess it really has been awhile since we last saw eachother!" He smiled fondly thinking about all that had happened in the month. "Selena gave birth to two beautifull kids and Candy gave birth to three." He chuckled and looked to his friend. "Come and meet them!"
>Addy walks iver and sniffs at the baskets a little at first. Looking over at Rock afterwards, smiling still, afraid to stop smiling at the moment, needing to be alone when everything fully sinks in
