hi everyone i want to lose some weight im on a weight lose drug but i want to lose more weight any tips oh the last time i checked i weighed 180+ im not really sure how much i weigh so any tips on how to lose weight will help my height is about 5 feet 7 inches and im 14

A lot of weight loss drugs are scams, dangerous, or unnecessary. So it's generally best talk to a doctor before buying any.

Before trying to lose weight you should also make sure that you actually are overweight. 180 would be considered overweight for some heights/body types but not for others.

There is no healthy way to lose a lot of weight quickly. If you want to be healthy, lose weight, and keep weight off, you just need to eat right, exercise, and be patient.

Drink plenty of water. Eat whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables. Reduce or limit meat, eggs, and dairy since those are generally the things that have fat and cholesterol in them. You should also reduce or eliminate soda.

You should also be eating five or six small meals a day to keep your metabolism running high.

How tall are you and your age. Cause 180 isn't that bad if your like 6 feet at the age of 15 or up so.

Here is a tip:
-Drink just water or other healthy drinks, like orange juice. (No Alcohol beverages, soda, etc)
