[will totally think of a better title....sometime...soonish....yeah...]  Amanda leaned quietly against the window in the quiet shop. Endless thoughts circled in her head. I guess I'm just dreaming my life away...I don't think he's here she thought as she let out a small sigh, steaming up the glass beside her. As much as she wanted to keep on looking for her true love, something kept her from leaving....Probably the fact she now had a very very good friend here, Lithium. Apart from him and her housemates, she didn't have anyone. As she quietly watched the snow fall, she just let herself daydream, not thinking that much. [don't feel inclined to write in a paragraph form, I just like it for my first post -blasted]

 Lithium really didn't have any thoughts or intentions on love. Nor did he really have any friends. the ones he actually did hold conversations with were... Really just another fox to him. That or an enemy he really wishes to never see again. Even the one fox that seemed to always want to talk to him, Amanda, Was just another fox to him. He really didn't understand why the girl wanted to talk to him, but she did. Did she ever think about is bloody appearance or his glowing, narrow eyes? He thought that's what made most others avoid him. He shrugged his white shoulders as continued to pad to the shop in the cold, white snow. Yawning, he entered and the little bell rang.
"Bah... La petite chose ennuyant." Lithium snorted after the statement as he looked at the bell. He hadn't noticed if anyone was there, or no one at all. He wasn't really happy, as usual. {lD;;; *couldn't resist*}

At the bell's ding, Amanda slowly peaked her head out from where she was sitting with a slow blink. Surprising anyone was here, not many ventured out at this time. A small grin crossed her face as she saw a red and white fox through her bangs. She blew at her bangs and saw it was Lithium.
"Hey Lithium~!" she called out as she leaned farther out from her spot by the window. She lifted a paw to wave happily at him, almost losing her balance once again.

His ears instantly perked at the sudden hello and sound of his name. "Salut..." He said as he turned his head to Amanda who was about to lose her balance. Lithium slowly walked to where he estimated she would land if she were to actually fall. Knowing his reflexes, he would be able to catch her. The white and blood-red male sat down, curling his tail around him, tilting his head up at the many colored female.
"Ah... Amanda... what are you doing here at this time, if i may ask? Seems a bit lonely for you to be here alone."

She grinned down at him, happy someone was finally here. "I was just waiting for others to get into the shop." Her tail wagged happily, "I've been coming in early lately to see them all coming in. Its interesting and its my newest hobby considering someone won't help me with baking~" she gave him a small smirk keeping herself from laughing.
Without her tail to help her keep her balance, she quickly lost it and dropped, squealing as she did.

"Oh. Well i don't bake. It... Just isn't WHOA!" As she fell, he stood up and caught her in his arms, kind of like a hug if you ask me. "You okay, Amanda? You sure do fall a lot." Lithium gave a deep yet light chuckle as he helped steady her upright. "Now, as i was saying, baking just doesn't seem interesting in the least to me. So, yeah." He blinked his narrow eyes and yawned just thinking about cooking and such.

Amanda kept a light grip on his arm even as he straightened her up. She always needed something to stable after she fell, be it a wall or another fox. "I can't help it I'm clumsy..." Her cheeks were tinted lightly with pink as she stuck her tongue out in a playful manner, though she wasn't really feeling it. "But you just haven't baked in a fun way~ Its not all just measuring and stuff... Besides, can it really get more boring than people watching like I was doing?"
She rolled her eyes at her question and looked up at him with a small smile, "So what are you doing here so early?"

"Eh... There was too much commotion at the house. Then theres too much snow to even think about going to my happy place." He sighed. "I hate math. I hate sweets. and i hate baking. Need i say more, Amanda?" He scoffed bit. Once he though she was balanced enough, he let go of her to see how she would do.

Amanda let go of his arm as soon as he released her and let out a puff of air. It upset her a bit by the fact he probably tried those things very few times and labeled them as not worth his time, also because they were things she enjoyed (or at least didn't mind). "Yes, go on and say more. Do you hate everything?" She gave him a pouty yet sad look and continued. "You're happy place isn't gone forever, its just a few inches of snow. It will clear up in a few weeks- probably less." Her tail swished, even though she knew that that was just his character. "You could probably go now if you wanted, the waterfall's spray should make it so everything doesn't freeze as everything else has." Quickly, she crossed her arms and gave him stubborn look

"I know that. But with out it for the time being, i have to where to hide from the house or here." He gave a light growl. "And what if i do hate everything?" Lithium just stared at her blankly as she looked at him all stubborn like. "Oh and still, it would be not as pretty as it is with the plants in bloom and such. No, nyeh." His slender red tongue stuck out for a brief second before he rolled it back into his mouth.
"So now that it should be settled, what should we do?" He knew too well that she wouldn't just sit there in silence with him and that for some reason she just had to talk to him and that for some odd reason he couldn't turn her down like he had done to others in the past. He wondered why all this was but shrugged it off and awaited her answer.

"I'm not really sure what we can do considering you hate everything." She quickly stuck her tongue out just as he did. "It's not like I have an unlimited amount of ideas, I'm pretty boring." He really did run her dry of ideas. She was trying her hardest to make him a tad bit happier, considering that was usually the only thing she was good at, but he was a tough nut to crack. He had put of some pretty strong barriers to ward off others.
"Unless you want me to cook a light snack for later, I really don't have many ideas." What she really wanted to do was to figure out what he liked, to make him a small gift sometime but that was her little secret...

His paw raised up to his chin as her taped it. "Well, i guess if you wish to make me something. As long as it's not sweet, i guess." With that, he got up an stretched his long, slender body out and yawned. Narrow red eyes with a yellow glow landed on the blue female and blinked. Lithium took that small moment to think of why he couldn't just toss her aside like any other fox. He shook his head and pushed those thoughts aside yet again.
"Well, what is it? Going to make something or are we going to do something completely different?"

"Let's go cook something light for a snack" she said lightly as she ran a paw through her dark blue hair. "And yes, nothing sweet" she finished her statement with a overdramatic eyeroll- he was such a stubborn guy, it must be odd that they would be friends, best friends if she would have a say in it.
"We can always find something else to do when it warms up some, considering how early it is right now..." Her light blue eyes glimmered slightly as she smiled at him in the already brightening light. It was almost at odds with his glowing eyes, hers shining in their own special way
[is this still gonna be winter? xDDDD;;;;; or are we heading into spring? ]
