I'm thinking about downloading UTAU but..I have a question-

Do you have to put your computer in japanese for it to work?

I was just making sure~Please help! ouo

Only if you want to use a Japanese UTAU like Teto.
UTAUs like Neko Kanochi have romaji VBs so they work on english computers

there is a way to convert japanese VBs to romaji but i've never tried it
