Nii had been antsy since he woke up. He hated being still. Shifting from pale paw, to paw he frowned, looking up at the barely lit sky. A sigh passed the pale maw, and red eyes shifting to his siblings
Maybe one of them would play. "Doga? Are you awake? Naiya?" He questioned. Drat. Sleeping. Another sigh. Maybe they wouldn't notice if he sneaked away for a bit and returned quickly?
Bad idea. Mum would surely notice. He tried again. "Uulaan?" He whined piteously. One of them had to be awake! He hoped so anyways. His voice stayed low though, only whispering his breath over his siblings.
"Uuhnn," he whined, a frown on his face. He wanted to play! He wiggled, unable to stay still at all, a pout on his face.

Hearing one of his brothers whispering, Ulan's ears twitched. He grumbled and tried to bury himself under Odongo's tail. The voice came again and this time it was his name.
Well he certainly wasn't getting back to sleep. Craning up his head the young feline looked over, eyes half lidded, at his brother. "What is it, Nii? Did you have a bad dream?" He questioned yawning and stretching out.

The pale boy shifted again, suddenly upset - but upset that he woke his brother. "I'm sorry, Ulan. I didn't mean to wake you up," He looked down sheepishly at the yellow-tan paws, heart sinking a little. He was sort of disappointed in himself.
"I just... couldn't sleep. It's scary being awake alone," Nii said in a hushed whisper, eyes suddenly wide as he spoke.
In fact, little Nii loathed the thought of sleep. There was no point to it, he thought. But, that didn't mean others shared his weird little random naps that energized him for the entire day.
"Can you stay up with me?" Nii ducked his head, red eyes trained on his brother.

The other male yawned and blinked a few times to rouse himself into coherent thought. "Ah its alright, Nii. I don't mind it..." He responded and licked one of his paws.
Being awake alone? He gave a dazed look to the seven small bodies and the two large ones. He doubted their mother would let anything in the den and if she didn't their father would certainly have something to do about it. Still he understood being scared.
He smiled at his older sibling and moved closer to rub his head against his chest. "Of course, Nii! Just be careful. We don't want to wake up mom. She can get grumpy." He stuck out his tongue a bit at her.

The small red-yellow eyed leopard gave a wide smile. "I'll be quiet, she said with a grin spread across the golden maw. He scooted closer to his brother.
"Can we play a game? Like... I Spy or something?" he asked in a small whisper, a tiny frown on his maw. It wasn't the most fun game, but he could be quiet during this game.
He fidgeted a little, using his paws to make little shapes in the dirt.
"Or we could make up a game," he said as he gave his little zebra stick figure legs and a mane. He continued frowning, a small glance to his mother, before shifting the burning gaze to his father.

Ulan's chest welled up with a soft love for his brother and he chuckled. "Sure, I don' see why not. S'long as we're quiet." He watched as the other leopard drew the zebra and giggled to himself.
"Make up a game? What kinda game?" He questioned his head tilting to the side. "Its gotta be quiet... and in the den. Or maybe we could see if momma wants to go out and play?"

"Humm," he thought for a moment, wondering what kind of game they could play that was quiet. It took a moment before he gave a soft 'ah-ha~' and smiled. "We could draw pictures in the dirt and whoever guesses the most right, wins?"
It sounded like a good idea anyways. He could make shapes in the dirt with his claws sometimes. He drew a zebra just the other day. He hoped Ulan thought it would be fun...
