Finished tracking drums with MP. They sound ******** amazing. Jimmy will be proud. Jimmy's also smiling knowing that Mike Portnoy has a deathbat forever tattooed on him. To show Mike that A7X is deeper then just a band I got one to match his. Jimmy would have done the same. Mike realized that our fans and friends are considered family. Being an A7X fan isn’t always easy because it means you’re not only gonna laugh with us, but cry with us and defend us on occasion. If you’re part of the family it's for life. Shads dedicated his right hand to our brother, without hesitation. I believe what we all share together is magical and wouldn't have it any other way...Ill try my best to keep you updated from the studio.

no offense but you did, i know it's horrible and all but its not like a huge idol to people like jimi hendrix or michael jackson died.
millions of people dont even know who the rev was, but then again, one person cant speak for all of us

If you're referring to the first post, those are not my words. I copy and pasted the pictures from a MySpace bulletin that was posted through the band's page. Jimmy may have not been as huge as Jimi or Michael, but he still had a huge part in the music world. Think what you want, you have an opinion.

Yeah, I'm sad that Jimmy died, a lot of his fans were/are. That's usually how it goes when someone dies. People can feel how they want to. Jimmy was an idol to a lot of people and I'm pretty sure a lot of them would be insulted about what you said about him "not being some huge idol".

Besides, I felt like informing the guild of the update that Zacky posted. Isn't that what part of this guild is for? To give updates on the current stance of the situation? I'd like to be informed, as a fan.

even some of the biggest fans know he wasn't actually HUGE, but this rockstar tour will bring the band around america and help with that 4sure, bcause many people will only go for either disturbed or airbourne and see how good a7x is, then they'll look into them and find that all their currently released albums were done by the rev and go "HOLY GEEEZ MAN THAT GUY IS THE CHEESE OF CHEESECAKE"
i wasn't criticising how anyone felt, i was just sayin that it was really emotional (shouldn't have said emo), but id understand more if it was zackys words
everyone likes being informed, just like i want to know when my parents are starting up my guitar lessons again bcause we're not moving anyomore. all i know is that its been 4 months

hint: i AM also a fan, just had sum stuff to say

Whether it be 'emo' or 'emotional', I'd still like to know why you said it was me who came off as that. As I had said in my previous post, the words in my first post were not my own. I'm not going to sit here and go through each post with a metaphorical fine toothed comb because frankly, I don't have the time, nor patience.
